Stalk puller
A stalk puller to be used with or without a mower/shredder utilizes a pair of independently mounted discs converging along their lower edge to grasp and pull stalks from the ground as the stalk puller is moved down the row by a prime mover. At least one of the discs is urged against the other by a spring such that the associated disc may allow rocks and debris to pass between the discs without damage. The spring mounting reduces adjustments due to normal wear as well as damage from debris.
Variable width cutting system
A mower includes a plurality of cutting heads, each cutting head having a minor cutting width, the plurality of cutting heads connected by a plurality of connectors in an array having a variable major cutting width. The mower also includes a steering system coupled with a first driven wheel and supported by one cutting head, and a second driven wheel supported by one other cutting head. The steering system is capable of steering the first driven wheel independently from the second driven wheel.

Lawnmower cutting deck with angled cutter shafts
A lawnmower cutting deck (1) is disclosed, wherein the cutting deck (1) is configured to be moved in a forward direction (d1) over a ground surface (5) to cut grass. The cutting deck (1) comprises at least a first cutter shaft (7.1) and at least one cutting unit (9) arranged on the first cutter shaft (7.1). The first cutter shaft (7.1) is configured to rotate around a first rotational axis (ax1) extending substantially parallel to the ground surface (5) to rotate the at least one cutting unit (9) in a first rotational plane (p1). The first rotational plane (p1) is angled in relation to the forward direction (d1). The present disclosure further relates to a lawnmower (3, 3) comprising a lawnmower cutting deck (1) and a method (100) of mowing a lawn.

Walk reel mower with a telescopic handle assembly
A walk reel mower has a traction frame that carries a rotatable cutting reel that pushes grass against a bedknife for cutting the grass. A handle assembly extends rearwardly and upwardly from the traction frame. The handle assembly carries a handle that is gripped by a user to operate the mower as the user walks on the ground behind the traction frame. The handle assembly has upper and lower portions that have a telescopic connection to one another to adjust the height of the handle above the ground to accommodate users of different heights.

12 BLADED STALK ROLL
A stalk roll having twelve flutes extending radially from the main cylinder along the length of the main cylinder. Within the row unit opposing stalk rolls cooperate to engage and capture the corn stalk, thereafter, controlling and processing the corn stalk. The flutes may be configured with differing edges to facilitate control and movement of the stalk to the point of ear separation within the row unit. The flutes may be configured such that opposing compressive forces acting on the exterior of the stalk at approximately 180 of separation operate to implode the stalk while sharp edges on the flutes operate to cut the stalk into small segments which are deposited on the ground for decomposition.
