Horizontal rotary mower with multi-ductility blades
A lawnmower with a plurality of blade holding elements in a horizontally rotating blade assembly holds a plurality of multi-ductility blades with a maximum thickness of 0.075 inches in a blade channel and in a substantially tangential orientation. The multi-ductility blades include a hardened cutting edge of Rockwell hardness greater than 50 and ductile portion with Rockwell hardness less than 50.
VIBRATION DAMPENING ASSEMBLY FOR A WALK-BEHIND WORKING TOOL
A walk-behind working tool having a frame, a power source, and a handle attached to the frame is provided. The working tool includes at least one axle operatively connected to the frame and a pair of wheel assemblies connected to the axle. The wheel assemblies include a hub, a rim, a tire, and a flexible vibration dampening assembly that operatively connects the hub and rim, wherein the dampening assembly is configured to reduce the vibration transferred between the rim and hub and through the handle to the operator. The dampening assembly includes a plurality of elastic elements having a spring constant for smoothing out movement of the frame when the working tool is guided over rough or uneven ground.
EMBEDDED-OUTER ROTOR MOTOR DIRECT DRIVEN MOWER DRIVING WHEEL AND MOWER
The present invention provides an embedded-outer rotor motor direct driven mower driving wheel and a mower. The embedded-outer rotor motor direct driven mower driving wheel comprises a driving wheel main body formed by the assembling of a wheel side cover I, a wheel side cover II, and a wheel body sandwiched between the wheel side cover I and the wheel side cover II, the wheel side cover I, the wheel side cover II and the wheel body are enclosed to define a cavity, an outer rotor motor is mounted in the cavity, an outer rotor portion of the outer rotor motor is fixedly arranged relative to the driving wheel main body, an internal stator portion of the outer rotor motor is provided with a fixed shaft penetrating through the wheel side cover I and extending out of the driving wheel main body, and the wheel side cover I is provided with a shaft hole I allowing the fixed shaft to penetrate through. The present invention arranges the outer rotor motor inside the driving wheel and directly drives the mower driving wheel through the outer rotor motor, thus, transmission precision and reliability are good, and the inner space of the mower is more reasonable.
A BRAKE AND FREEWHEEL ARRANGEMENT FOR A MANUALLY MANEUVERABLE PARK AND GARDEN EQUIPMENT
A brake and freewheel arrangement for a manually maneuverable park and garden equipment, which equipment includes a maneuvering handle assembly, a base frame, and a pair of wheels, each wheel mounted to an axle, where the brake and freewheel arrangement includes at least one brake pivot axle arranged pivotable in one or more housings. The housings being releasable fastened to the base frame. The brake and freewheel arrangement further including a lever being in one end connected to a maneuvering cable, the lever at an opposite end being connected to a spring element. The brake and freewheel arrangement includes a first locking pawl and a second locking pawl, wherein the first and second locking pawl being connected to the brake pivot axle as a unit.
Cross Flow Horizontal Rotary Lawn Mower with Replaceable Blade Cartridges
A lawnmower uses thin, replaceable blades with a hardened cutting edge and a cross-section defining an airfoil retained in cartridges that are inserted and removed from rotors in a blade assembly at need. The cartridges comprise a blade and rotor interlocking elements affixed to the blade, each rotor interlocking element corresponding to one rotor in the blade assembly. Each rotor and rotor interlocking element includes features that allow the two to be securely engages so that the rotors may be spun quickly in a mower blade assembly to cut grass.
Horizontal Rotary Mower
A lawnmower with a plurality of blade holding elements in a horizontally rotating blade assembly holds a plurality of blades in a blade channel. The blade assembly is covered by a blade assembly guard that is only open underneath at a point where blades in the blade assembly would cut grass during normal operation. A blade assembly access panel in the upper portion of the blade assembly guard allows blades or a blade assembly to be easily replaced.

Mowing cylinder cutter and lawn care tool driven by built-in outer rotor motor
A mowing cylinder cutter and a lawn care tool driven by a built-in outer rotor motor are provided. The cylinder cutter includes an outer rotor motor, blades and a reel. The blades are fixedly connected to the reel through support plates. At least one end of the reel is provided with the outer rotor motor. The outer rotor motor includes a stator assembly and an outer rotor. The stator assembly is connected to a frame through a connecting member, and the outer rotor is fixedly connected to the reel. The lawn care tool includes a working part, a main shaft, a motor shaft and an outer rotor motor. The motor shaft passes through the main shaft. One end of the main shaft is connected to the motor shaft through a bearing assembly. The outer rotor motor is located in the main shaft.
Walk reel mower with adjustable handle assembly
A walk reel mower has a traction frame that carries a handle assembly to accommodate users of different heights. The handle assembly can extend rearwardly and upwardly from the traction frame and can include a lower support, operatively coupled to the traction frame, and an upper mount carrying a handle which is gripped by a user during operation of the mower to guide and manipulate the mower. The upper mount can be slidingly movable relative to the lower support to raise or lower the handle relative to the ground to adjust the height of the handle above the ground to suit users of different heights who walk on the ground behind the traction frame while operating the mower. A latch can also be provided that is carried on the handle assembly and that engages between the lower support and the upper mount in one of a plurality of positions of the upper mount relative to the lower support.
