Power and cooling system for utility vehicle
A power and cooling assembly is disclosed for use with a vehicle having a deck for a rotatable tool such as a mowing blade. An electric motor is mounted on the deck and used to drive the blades by an output shaft. A circulating pump is connected to a housing of the electric motor and is also driven by the electric motor. The circulating pump is hydraulically connected to at least one sump on the vehicle and at least one electrical component of the vehicle to provide cooling thereto. Additional cooling pumps may be provided on the vehicle and may provide cooling to additional electrical components.

Shaker mechanism for an agricultural machine and harvesting machine
A shaker mechanism used in an agricultural machine, such as sugarcane harvesters and sweet sorghum harvesters. The shaker mechanism is configured for removing mud, dirt and plant remains accumulated in a lower protective tarpaulin of a mounting chassis of conveyor rollers and choppers of the agricultural machine. The shaker mechanism includes at least a bar having ends which are fastened on rotary support bearings. The bar is configured to stand at least partially out from an edge of the bearings forming at least a spare surface for contact with a protective tarpaulin positioned on the chassis of the machine.

Quick release lock turnbuckle
A quick release lock turnbuckle includes a socket slideable axially over a turnbuckle connecting between two threaded rods at a desired end-to-end spacing. The socket has a multi-sided interior cross section engaging a multi-sided exterior cross section of the turnbuckle, and also engaging a radially extending feature on one of the threaded rods to prevent rotation of the turnbuckle in the locked position. The socket is slideable axially off the turnbuckle to allow rotation of the turnbuckle in the unlocked position to change the desired end-to-end spacing between the two threaded rods.
Mower unit
The mower unit includes a mower deck having a top wall and side walls extending downwards from an outer circumferential edge of the top wall, a rotational shaft extending upwards through the top wall from an inside space formed by the top wall and the side walls, a cutter blade attached to a lower portion of the rotational shaft within the inside space and rotatable together with the rotational shaft, an electric mower motor having an output shaft that can rotatably drive the rotational shaft, and a flywheel rotatable in association with the rotational driving of the mower motor.

Support mechanism for implement height adjustment of grounds maintenance vehicles
A grounds maintenance vehicle has a vehicle frame defining a column opening having a first end and a second end. An implement is coupled to the vehicle frame. A height adjustment column has a base and distal end, where the base is fixed to the implement. The distal end of the height adjustment column extends through the column opening from the first end beyond the second end. The height adjustment column defines a first locking structure and a plurality of height setting locations. A height selection tool is couplable to the height adjustment column and is translatable to each of the plurality of height setting locations. A second locking structure is coupled to the vehicle frame, where the second locking structure is configured to releasably engage the first locking structure such that the plurality of height setting locations are positioned beyond the second end of the column opening.
Method and kit for extracting and using auxiliary power
A method and kit for extracting auxiliary power from a power source installed on or associated with an implement, and supplying the auxiliary power to an auxiliary tool associated with the implement. The invention is preferably employed in the context of an auxiliary tool, e.g., in the form of a rotary trimmer, edger or the like, associated with another power implement, such as a lawnmower, wherein the power is preferably extracted from a driven member of the implement. Advantageously, the device is easy to attach/detach, is universally locatable and/or orientable on the implement, and is easily retrofittable to practically any existing implement, such as a lawnmower deck.
Lateral transport system for an agricultural mower with non-parallel axes of transport deployment and wheel rotation
An agricultural mowing device that includes a tongue configured for connecting to an agricultural vehicle, a trail frame, first and second trail-frame wheels and a transport system. The transport system includes a transport frame rotatably connected to the tongue and rotatable relative to the tongue about a frame axis of rotation and first and second transport wheels for supporting the tongue in the transport position. The first transport wheel and the second transport wheel each being rotatable about a respective wheel axis of rotation, and each respective wheel axis of rotation is not parallel to the frame axis of rotation.
