Agricultural cutting mechanism with quick-change blade
An agricultural cutting mechanism for use with an agricultural machine has a disk rotatable about an axis of rotation, a post secured to the disk, a blade, and a yieldable blade retainer. The blade is removably secured to the disk. The blade comprises a keyhole in which the post is positioned. The blade retainer is secured to the disk to move relative thereto between a blocking position blocking radially inward movement of the blade to the replacement position so as to maintain the blade in the use position and a service position releasing the blade to move radially inward to the replacement position for replacement of the blade with another blade. A blade for use with an agricultural cutting mechanism is also disclosed.
CUTTING BLADE FOR A CUTTER HEAD AND CUTTER HEAD FOR A BRUSHCUTTER
The disclosure is directed to a cutting blade for a cutter head and includes a base body having a fastening arrangement for fastening the cutting blade to a cutter head as well as a blade edge. The base body and the blade edge are made of a biodegradable natural substance. Alternatively, the base body is made of a non-biodegradable plastic and the blade edge is made at least in part of a biodegradable material.
Lawn mower
A lawn mower in which an operating part that performs lawn mowing is equipped in a traveling machine body that travels in a field. The operating part comprises a rotary-driven bladed disk in a state of facing the field, and a cutting blade piece rockably mounted on an outer peripheral part of the bladed disk. A mounting part in which the cutting blade piece is mounted on the bladed disk comprises an axial member mounted to cross a field opposed surface of the bladed disk, and a cylindrical member which is hollow and into which the axial member is inserted with a space therebetween. The axial member is mounted on the bladed disk in a state in which the cutting blade piece is fixed to an outer periphery of the cylindrical member and the axial member is inserted into the cylindrical member.
Lawn mower robot
A lawn mower robot includes an outer cover, an inner body positioned in the outer cover and having a plurality of wheels for traveling provided on both side surfaces thereof, a plurality of blades rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body to cut grass, electric devices mounted inside the inner body and including a battery, wheel driving motors, a blade driving motor, a plurality of ultrasonic sensor modules, rain sensors, a user interface (UI) module, and a universal serial bus (USB) port, and a waterproof unit to prevent penetration of water into the inner body or the electric devices, thereby improving waterproof performance.
Apparatus for Assisting the Exchange of Blades on Mowers
Apparatus (10) for assisting the exchange of blades on a mowing member of a mower having a mowing disk, a blade carrier and at least one blade mounted on the blade carrier via a pin connected to the blade carrier and extends through a recess in the mowing disk, a lever device (11) having at one end an actuating handle (14) actuatable by hand, and has at a second end at least one bending-open body (15, 16), the blade carrier and the mowing disk being able to be displaced such that the pin connected to the blade carrier can be moved out of the recess, a support device (12) mounted in an articulated manner on the lever device (11) and supported on the mowing disk during a bending-open process, and at least one spring element (13) assists the bending-open process via the at least one bending-open body (15, 16).
MOWER BLADE WITH REMOVABLE CUTTING ATTACHMENTS
A mower blade device includes an elongated central frame having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first end and a second end. A spindle bolt hole is positioned along the center of the frame for connecting the frame to a lawn mower. A pair of cutting attachments are connected onto the first and second ends of the frame. Each of the cutting attachments including a leading edge having a sharpened cutting surface. The first and second cutting attachments can include identical shaped and sized cutting surfaces or dissimilar shaped and sized cutting surfaces. A cleaning brush attachment includes an elongated bracket and an n-shaped frame having a plurality of bristles extending outward therefrom. The bracket is removably connected to the bottom end of the central frame to permit the bristles to clean the blade housing of a lawn mower to which the device is connected.
FLEX WING MOWER
A mowing machine may include a central cutting deck generally disposed in a neutral mowing plane and a wing cutting deck pivotable with respect to the central cutting deck. A main gearbox may be connected to a wing gearbox by a wing driveline. The main gearbox may be disposed a sufficient distance forward of the central cutting deck and the wing cutting deck to permit the wing cutting deck to pivot about a hinge in a range of motion without disconnecting the wing driveline from either the main gearbox or the wing gearbox.
DUAL FUNCTION POWER TOOL
A dual function tool head including a first selectively deployable cutting tool configured to automatically deploy when the tool head rotates in a first direction and automatically move to a stowed position when the tool head rotates in a second direction opposite the first direction; and a second selectively deployable cutting tool configured to automatically deploy when the tool head rotates in the second direction and automatically moved to a stowed position when the tool head rotates in the first direction.
Rotary head for brush cutters
A rotary head for brush cutters with a lower shell on which cutting means and a ring nut are hinged, the latter being coupled to the lower shell and movable in relation to the lower shell from a first working configuration to a second blade-change working configuration, and vice versa; the rotary head having positioning means for interference fitting said ring nut in a predetermined angular position relative to said lower shell.
BLADE PROTECTION COVER AND LAWN MOWER APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A blade protection cover coupled to a blade of a lawn mower apparatus includes a first cover for covering one face of the blade and two second covers connected to the first cover. The two second covers cover two edges of the blade in a width direction of the blade. Two guides are disposed on inner faces of the two second covers. The two guides are configured to guide the blade protection cover to slide along the two edges in the width direction of the blade.
