Lawn mower
A cutter blade of a lawn mower includes a blade body and flaps. The blade body includes a shape with a sweepback angle inclined in a reverse-rotation direction of the cutter blade. The flap pivotal axis is provided along a blade edge without intersecting with a blade rotational axis. A flap pivotal axis is provided at a position offset from a line perpendicular to the blade rotational axis and in parallel to the pivotal axis, in a rotation direction of the cutter blade.
MOWER DECK INSERT
A mower deck insert includes a first cutting chamber, a second cutting chamber, and a discharge passage extending adjacent to the first cutting chamber and the second cutting chamber. The first cutting chamber includes a first axial scroll extending about a first vertical axis. The first axial scroll includes a first upper surface having a first start region and a first end region. The second cutting chamber includes a second axial scroll extending about a second vertical axis. The second axial scroll includes a second upper surface having a second start region and a second end region. The first start region is vertically lower than the first end region, and the second start region is vertically lower than the second end region.
Autonomous lawn mower with movable cover
An autonomous lawn mower includes a movable cover covering a traveling frame and holding devices holding the movable cover. Each holding device includes a holding shaft and a shaft holding unit. The holding shaft includes a lower half portion and an upper half portion. The shaft holding unit holds the lower half portion accommodated in an accommodating portion of the traveling frame such that the lower half portion can slide in only a horizontal direction. The upper half portion extends through a through hole of the movable cover by extending upward from the traveling frame, thereby holding the movable cover so that the movable cover is vertically displaceable. A coil spring intervenes between a receiving portion and an upper wall of the movable cover. One holding device includes a detector which detects the slide displacement amount of the lower half portion.
CUTTER BLADE AND MOWER
A cutter blade for a mower is provided with: a blade base part; a cutting part positioned further outward radially than the blade base part; a descending part formed between the blade base part and the cutting part; and a curved part formed so as to curve upward from the cutting part. The descending part and the curved part have an intersection part at which an end of the descending part in the counter-rotating direction and a radially inner end of the curved part intersect.
IMPROVED WORK SCHEDULING FOR A ROBOTIC LAWNMOWER
A robotic lawnmower system comprising a charging station, a living object sensor and a robotic lawnmower configured to operate within a work area according to an operating schedule, the robotic lawnmower being configured to detect and identify an object as a living object; and adapt the operating schedule accordingly.
Solar powered robotic lawnmower
A solar powered robotic lawnmower includes a sound suppression means and a seed spreading means. The lawnmower includes a Bluetooth speaker on the device to serve as a sound suppression means. A user may play their desired audio media through the Bluetooth speaker in order to drown out the sound produced when mowing the grass. Additionally, the lawnmower includes a chute to serve as a seed spreading means. In one embodiment, the chute is located at the side of the device and serves to disperse seeds as the device mows a user's lawn. The lawnmower further features blades on a bottom end of the device to facilitate the cutting of a lawn as the device travels. A remote control is also included to allow a user to remotely control the device.
UTILITY VEHICLE
In a utility vehicle, equipped with a lawnmower work unit having a circular single blade disk rotatable around a rotating shaft connected to an output shaft of a work motor (prime mover) mounted on a chassis, and multiple (three) blades attached to a circumference of the blade disk at equally spaced apart positions, a single second disk is fixed to a middle of the surface of the blade disk of the lawnmower work unit at fixing positions that are spaced apart from each other.
Mower and Work Machine Equipped With Mower
A mower mounted to a travel machine body includes a mower deck that is open downward and at least one rotary cutter located inside the mower deck and configured to rotate about a vertical axis, the at least one rotary cutter being a string-like resin member.
Lawn mower cutter blade
A lawn mower includes a cutter blade that is an elongated member extending in opposite horizontal directions with respect to a vertical rotation shaft. The cutter blade includes, on each of its longitudinally opposite end portions, a blade section formed along the front edge, in a rotating direction of the cutter blade, of the end portion, and an air lift section extending from the front edge while curving rearward and upward. The air lift section has a vertical downward wing formed integrally thereon and extending downward via a bent section that is bent downward from at least a rear half portion, in the rotating direction, of an outer peripheral edge of the air lift section. The bent section has a radius set to gradually increase as the air lift section curves rearward and upward in the rotating direction.
Cutting knife for a cutting head of a trimmer
The cutting knife has a base member with first and second faces. One face has a topographic disturbance element arranged between knife edge and longitudinal center axis and shaping the elevation profile of the face. On the opposite face relative to the center plane an opposite elevation profile with contour line is formed. The contour line points of the contour line of the first elevation profile are positioned opposite the contour line points of the opposite contour line on perpendiculars to the center plane. The contour line of the first elevation profile and the opposite contour line are noncongruent. The contour line of the first elevation profile extends transversely to the longitudinal center axis of the base member across the disturbance element and has an ascending line section and a descending line section. A turning point positioned between these line sections is a component of the disturbance element.
