PROCESS FOR DISPENSING FLUID FOODSTUFF MATERIAL INTO A SHAPING CAVITY OF A MOULD
20200163357 · 2020-05-28 · ·

A system for dispensing fluid foodstuff material into a shaping cavity of a mould is described, of the type comprising the steps of: advancing a plurality of moulds (M1, M2) on a conveying line (2), along an advancement direction (X), each comprising at least one shaping cavity; providing a dispensing machine (4) along said conveying line (2) provided with a formation of nozzles (6; 61, 62, 63) comprising at least one line of nozzles arranged along a direction (K) transversal to said advancement direction (X).

The process is characterized in that it delivers the material during advancement of the moulds, and in that it adjusts the quantity of material dispensed as a function of the variation in depth in the individual shaping cavity along the advancement direction (X).

Ice cream dispensing device and method and machine for making ice cream

A method for making variegated ice cream, comprising the following steps: preparing container for processing the basic ice cream product; cooling and stirring a basic preparation inside the processing container to make the basic ice cream product; preparing a hermetically sealed capsule containing an additional flavor; opening the capsule; simultaneously transferring a portion of basic ice cream product from the processing container to a serving container and transferring the additional flavor from the open capsule to the basic ice cream product to produce a variegated ice cream product, which is defined by combining the basic product and the additional flavor.

SOFT ICE CREAM DISPENSER CONFIGURED FOR INJECTING DOUGHNUTS
20200060306 · 2020-02-27 ·

Apparatus for injecting ice cream through a sleeve and nozzle into pastries receives ice cream from soft-serve ice-cream machines. The sleeve is temperature controlled by electric heating element, temperature sensor, and controller. The nozzle has a pointed tip and deposits an ice cream stream, optionally including a flavored syrup injected into its center as it flows through the nozzle, into a ball in a pastry. Another nozzle formed with openings on opposite sides of the tip deposits ice cream with ripple effect. A method of injecting ice cream into pastries includes positioning a pastry with injector nozzle tip in the pastry; flowing ice cream through a temperature controlled injection device and nozzle into the pastry; and removing the pastry. In embodiments, the method includes injecting flavored syrup into a center of a stream of ice cream and deposits the ice cream in a ball or rippled stream within a pastry.

Device for adjusting temperature of frozen food, and packaging container

A frozen food temperature adjusting apparatus includes a setting mechanism in which a temperature adjustment object is placed; a heat exchanging/pressing mechanism which exchanges heat with the temperature adjustment object placed in the setting mechanism while pressing the temperature adjustment object; and a serving mechanism which receives the temperature-adjusted temperature adjustment object and serves the temperature-adjusted temperature adjustment object in a predetermined container.

Devices and methods for dosing

Systems and methods of producing a frozen food product include mixing ingredients with a liquefied gas, e.g. liquid nitrogen. The texture and quality of the food product may be determined by sensing temperature or viscosity, and controlling the rate at which the liquefied gas flows into the mixture, i.e. dosing. This functionality may be achieved using one or more scoops, the position of which may be controlled by actuators. The dosing may be controlled by a program that receives input from one or more sensors, and the program may be responsive to input of the type or amount of ingredients being mixed. In addition, the dosing may be controlled by a human being through a user interface, e.g. by pushing a dose button.

SHAKE PRODUCT BLENDING PROCESS

An apparatus for dispensing a frozen confection includes a mixing chamber within which an ice cream and at least one flavored concentrate are mixed. A valve assembly is operable to control a flow of the mixture of ice cream into the mixing chamber. A pump provides said at least one flavored concentrate to the mixing chamber. A dispensing nozzle is arranged in fluid communication with the mixing chamber. The dispensing nozzle has a flow channel through which a mixture of the ice cream and at least one flavored concentrate is dispensed. The flow channel has a first diameter adjacent an inlet end of the dispensing nozzle and a second diameter adjacent an outlet end of the dispensing nozzle. The second diameter is greater than the first diameter.

Separable Container for Frozen Dessert Product

A separable container and related method for delivering predetermined portions of product contained within a container is provided. The container has a sidewall having a plurality of frangible sections disposed at predetermined distances along the height of the sidewall. A plurality of flexible dividers are interspersed with the product in the container, each of the flexible dividers being substantially aligned with a respective frangible section of the sidewall. Sidewall segments are separable from the container to expose a predetermined portion of the product contained therein, and the flexible dividers define a boundary between adjacent predetermined portions of product to facilitate separation of the exposed predetermined product portions from a remainder of product seated within the container sidewall.

Machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products and method of operating the machine

A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products includes a processing chamber for processing a basic mixture and including a stirrer and thermal treatment system operating in conjunction to convert the basic mixture into a liquid or semi-liquid product; an electronic drive and control unit; a dispensing device having a dispensing nozzle connected to the processing chamber to deliver the product; a support having a seat for housing a receiving container; a movement device for vertically moving the support between a vertical position away from the nozzle and a vertical position close to the nozzle; and a device for rotating the housing seat about a vertical axis. The electronic drive and control unit is operatively connected to the movement device and to the device for rotating the housing seat to drive them according to a predetermined law of motion.
