Systems, devices, and methods for designing and manufacturing custom respirator masks
Respirator masks may include a respirator mask body and a respirator mask gasket. The respirator mask body may include a plurality of openings for the exchange of gas and an air filtration media configured to filter particles from air passing into and out of the respirator mask body. The respirator mask gasket may be coupled to the respirator mask body and may be sized and shaped responsively to a three-dimensional scan of a portion of user's face including the user's nose and mouth and being configured to closely abut the user's face when worn. A combination of respirator mask body and respirator mask gasket may be positioned within a donning mechanism that facilitates positioning of the combined respirator mask body and respirator mask gasket over the user's face and retention thereon.
MASK
A mask is provided. The mask includes an outer cover made of ultra-fine fibers and formed by hot-pressing, and the outer cover has a plurality of through holes for ventilation; a filter configured to filter air and disposed at a side of the outer cover adjacent to a user; and two sealing pads, each attached to a side of the filter adjacent to the user and configured to contact skins at two sides of a nose bridge of the user to seal gaps between the filter and the two sides of the nose bridge of the user.
FILTERING FACEMASK HOLDER
A filtering facemask holder includes a first and a second body portion each having a front and a rear. Additionally, each first and second body portion includes a central opening. The front of the second body portion is configured to receive the rear of the first body portion. The facemask holder also includes a face seal disposed around an outer edge of the rear of the second body portion.
Transparent and multi-faceted face mask
A transparent face mask for enhancing communications while controlling release of respiratory droplets. The mask includes a body formed from a thin flexible plastic material such as polypropylene. The mask body has a center diamond shaped segment that cantilevers the mask body from the bridge of a wearer's nose. The body includes right and left side segments, which each extend outward from one of the four sides of a diamond-shaped center segment to form a segment-to-segment joint between adjacent side segment pairs that flexibly conforms the side portions to the wearer's face. The face mask includes risers formed of an elongate strip of flexible material with a cloth covering for comfort and ease of fit, and the risers each provides a contact point between the mask and the wearer's face adjacent to and inward of the ear from which the mask body is cantilevered away from the wearer's face.
Respiratory protective device or face mask hygiene product, a method for the manufacture of reinforced textile part, nonwoven fabric part or their combination part, and a filter
A faceblank (5) for a respiratory protective device or face mask hygiene product (1), where the shape of the faceblank (5) defines a number of filter openings (2, 3, 4) and which further comprises a head harness (6) or fastening for a head harness (6) and is characterised in that the filter openings (2, 3, 4) have been implemented to comprise a tongue (7), most advantageously so that the edge of each opening (2, 3, 4) is composed of a tongue. The faceblank is used with a number of replaceable filters (10) adapted in the filter openings (2, 3, 4) of the faceblank (5), each filter (10) comprising a filter part (11) and a frame (12) that encircles the filter part (11), in which frame (12) the outer edge has been implemented to comprise a groove (13)most advantageously so that the outer edge of each frame (12) consists of a groove (13)so that the filters (10) are fastenable to the filter openings (2, 3, 4) of the faceblank (5) by means of a tongue-and-groove connection, in which case the tongue (7) and groove (13) form an air-tight tongue-and-groove connection. Further independent claims directed to filters and methods for the manufacture of reinforced textile part, nonwoven fabric part or their combination part.
Face shield and tracking system
A face shield includes a molded body portion configured to cover a wearer's eyes, nose, mouth, and chin. The body portion, which is secured to the wearer's ears by a pair of connector elements, includes at least one opening containing a replaceable filter. The face shield may part of a tracking system including multiple face shields, wherein each face shield includes a sensor that transmits data to a processor that in turn analyzes and interprets the data and transmits the results to a display device.
Filtering face mask
A filtration mask protects the wearer against airborne hazards. The mask is reusable and may be used in a number of configurations. The mask includes filters located to the side and beneath the line of sight of the wearer. The filters may be tailored to the use and type of environmental hazard.
SMART FACE SHIELD
A resistance bar for exercise training includes an elongate body defining a central longitudinal axis extending between first and second ends of the resistance bar, a first handle and a second handle disposed along the elongate body and spaced inward from the distal end regions, each handle being forwardly offset relative to the longitudinal axis, and a first weight compartment disposed between the first and second handles and configured to receive one or more removable weights for selectively adjusting a weight of the resistance bar.
Personal Air Management Methods and Systems for Reducing or Blocking Exposure to Airborne Pathogens
The present specification, in some embodiments, describes a personal wear device that direct the flow of air away from a person's face, reducing or blocking the flow of infectious pathogens towards a patient's naso-oral area thus reducing the risk of inhalation of infectious or noxious pathogens. In another embodiment, the present specification describes a personal air management mask system for use by a patient for reducing or preventing exposure to and inhalation of infected aerosol during a medical procedure.
