CONTROL DOCKING STATION FOR ONE OR TWO STAGE LOCKING MECHANISM
20180343984 · 2018-12-06 ·

A control docking station system for controlling locking engagement between a first female member and a male member that together form a locking mechanism. The first female member is connected to a safety device. The male member can be locked to and released from the first female member. The system includes a controller configured to sense an unsafe interlock signal. A second female member is operably connected to the controllers housing. Each female member includes a receiver base and a pair of pivoting locking tabs that is engageable with a key-like projection on the male member. The male member may be unlocked from the first female member when the controller senses an interruption to the unsafe interlock signal or if the unsafe interlock signal is overridden. The male member may be docked in the second female member during safe circumstances and/or the safety device is unused.

A buckle assembly includes a first buckle member having an insertion member, a second buckle member, a first buckle latch, a second buckle latch, a plurality of resilient elements, and a locking arrangement. The locking arrangement includes at least two locking protrusions and at least one guiding member. The locking protrusions are extended from one of the insertion member and the second buckle body, and are arranged to form a locking channel between the two locking protrusions. The guiding member is extended from the remaining one of the insertion member and the second buckle body, and is arranged to be inserted in the locking channel formed by the locking protrusions so as to retain the first buckle member to be locked with the second buckle member when the first buckle latch and the second buckle latch are in the locked position.

QUICK-UNFASTEN PROTECTIVE VEST, QUICK-RELEASE SYSTEM AND SNAP BUCKLE

The present invention relates to a quick-unfasten protective vest (1) comprising a quick-release system (2), a front body portion (3) and a rear body portion (4). The protective vest according to the invention is characterised in that the front body portion (3) and the rear body portion (4) are detachably connected to each other by a quick-release system (2) comprising snap buckles (5) connected by ties (6) to a central release mechanism (7). A single tie (6) is guided from each snap buckle (5) to the central release mechanism (7) so that all ties (6) coincide in the central release mechanism (7). The central release mechanism (7) is adapted to release the snap buckles (5) substantially simultaneously and to separate the front body portion (3) from the rear body portion (4) of the vest (1). The invention relates also to a quick-release system (2) and a snap buckle (5).

Buckle and pet restraint device containing the same

A buckle and a pet restraint device, wherein the buckle includes a male buckle portion and a female buckle portion, wherein the male buckle portion has a first through hole and a second through hole through which the webbing passes, the female buckle portion has a third through hole through which the webbing passes, and the inner walls of the first through hole and the second through hole are spaced with a plurality of anti-skid ribs; anti-skid stripes are arranged around the first through hole and the second through hole. The buckle can effectively prevent the webbing on the buckle from lateral deflection or slipping, so that the webbing can always fit on the pet's body, avoiding safety problems caused by the looseness of the webbing or scratching of the pet's skin caused by the overturning of the webbing due to the lateral deflection.

A safety belt buckle includes a base, a latch, two positioning members, and two elastic members. The base is formed by two symmetrically combined cases, wherein each case includes a first metal core partially clad in a first insulating layer. The latch includes a second metal core, a second insulating layer, and a tongue adapted to insert into a chamber of the base. The two positioning members are pivotally provided on the base and partially located in the chamber. When each positioning member is moved to the first position, a stopper thereof confines the tongue in a locking position to prevent the latch from being separated from the base; when each positioning member is moved to the second position, the stopper thereof is away from the tongue, allowing the latch to be disengaged from the base. The two elastic members push the positioning members toward the first position.

Harness Fastening System

A harness fastening system comprises a first strap fastener, and a second strap fastener attachable to and detachable from the first strap fastener. The second strap fastener comprises a casing body, a tongue and a release actuator. The casing body has an opening for passage of the first strap fastener. The tongue is disposed in the casing body, and comprises a support base and at least one locking portion connected with each other, the support base being further connected with the casing body, and the locking portion being elastically deflectable relative to the support base for engaging and disengaging the first strap fastener. The release actuator is movably assembled with the casing body, and is operable to urge the locking portion to elastically deflect for disengaging from the first strap fastener.
