METAL BUCKLE
A metal buckle includes a metal receptacle member and a metal clasp. The metal receptacle member includes a first opening and second opening. The metal clasp is configured to be inserted into the first opening of the metal receptacle member, and includes a base member, a locking device and a spring. The spring is configured to bias the locking device outwardly from the base member, and the locking device is configured to engage the second opening of the metal receptacle.
Buckle assembly
A buckle assembly includes a first buckle member, a second buckle member and a locking arrangement. The first buckle member includes a first buckle body and an insertion member. The second buckle member includes a second buckle body having a receiving slot, a first buckle latch and a second buckle latch pivotally connected to the second buckle body to move between a locked position and an unlocked position, and a plurality of resilient elements mounted in the second buckle body. The locking arrangement includes a first locking member extended from one of the first buckle member and the second buckle member to retain one of the first buckle latch and the second buckle latch at a locked position.
SAFETY BELT BUCKLE
A safety belt buckle includes a base, a latch, two positioning members, and two elastic members. The base is formed by two symmetrically combined cases, wherein each case includes a first metal core partially clad in a first insulating layer. The latch includes a second metal core, a second insulating layer, and a tongue adapted to insert into a chamber of the base. The two positioning members are pivotally provided on the base and partially located in the chamber. When each positioning member is moved to the first position, a stopper thereof confines the tongue in a locking position to prevent the latch from being separated from the base; when each positioning member is moved to the second position, the stopper thereof is away from the tongue, allowing the latch to be disengaged from the base. The two elastic members push the positioning members toward the first position.
Quick release buckle and harness comprising the same
A quick release buckle includes a housing defining a first opening therethrough and includes an engaging surface disposed adjacent to the first opening. A webbing is received through the first opening of the housing. A first pawl and a second pawl are pivotally mounted to the housing. A catch is at least partially received between the first pawl and the second pawl. A first pawl biasing member and a second pawl biasing member are engaged with the first pawl and the second pawl, respectively, and are configured to bias the first pawl and the second pawl into engagement with the catch. A bar is slidably received within the housing and extends across the first opening. A first bar biasing member and a second bar biasing member are configured to bias the bar toward the engaging surface, such that the webbing is gripped between the bar and the engaging surface.
Easy-to-assemble buckle
An easy-to-assemble buckle includes a male buckle and a female buckle assembly. The female buckle assembly comprises a female buckle, a fastener, a button and a back cover. The fastener has a spring arm on its lateral side. The button is connected with the spring arm. The male buckle has an insert pin. The button is configured with a spring arm slot with its openings facing frontward and inward. The fastener is inserted from the front end of the female buckle and is locked and fixed with the female buckle through a buckling mechanism. The spring arm is inserted into the spring arm slot is pressed against the button. The fastener is configured with a through insert hole extending from the front to the back. The insert pin of the male buckle goes through the insert hole and is inserted into the female buckle to connect with the button.
Belt buckle
A belt buckle (1) with at least one belt-fastening element (2) for at least one belt (35) and with at least one fastening component (4, 5) which is prestressed by at least one elastic prestressing element (3), wherein the prestressing element (3) is integrally formed on the fastening component (4, 5).
ASSOCIATED QUICK-RELEASE BUCKLE DEVICE AND BULLETPROOF QUICK-RELEASE VEST
An associated quick-release buckle device and a bulletproof quick-release vest are provided, where the associated quick-release buckle device includes a first connection buckle, a second connection buckle, a quick-release buckle, a first drawstring and a second drawstring, and the quick-release buckle is provided with an unlocking operation member that can be operated for unlocking; the first drawstring is connected between the first connection buckle and the quick-release buckle; the second drawstring is connected between the second connection buckle and the quick-release buckle; and when the unlocking operation member is operated, the first connection buckle and the second connection buckle can be associated for unlocking in sequence, so that connection buckles at multiple different positions are unlocked through one motion. A user can operate the associated quick-release buckle device in the present invention with only one hand to complete unlocking of the multiple connection buckles.
Buckle arrangement
A buckle arrangement has a first buckle and a second buckle connectable to the first buckle. The first buckle has a first locking device and a first locking hook, and the second buckle has a second locking device and a second locking hook. The first locking device and the second locking device are formed such that, when the first buckle is connected to the second buckle, the first locking device locks the second locking hook and the second locking device locks the first locking hook.
Buckle parts of a belt buckle
A buckle part (2) of a belt buckle (1), wherein the buckle part (2) comprises at least one connecting part (4) for releasably connecting the buckle part (2) to another buckle part (3) of the belt buckle (1) and at least one bar (5) for fastening a belt (26) on the bar (5) of the buckle part (2), wherein the buckle part (2) also comprises at least one clevis type eyelet (6) for hooking a karabiner into the clevis type eyelet (6).
