Disclosed is a golf ball marker having a clip part. The golf ball marker includes: a clip part including a curved elastic body elastically deformed while a curved shape thereof is reversed in response to an external force applied thereto, and a pressing piece connected to an end of the curved elastic body to be spaced apart from the curved elastic body or to come into compressive contact with the curved elastic body, the clip part being selectively attached to/detached from a pocket, a belt, a visor or head and used as a marker; and a fixing portion protruding from one side of the clip part to fix the clip part to a ground of a golf course.

A hair clip apparatus includes a tongue, a clasp and a plurality of hair engaging teeth. The clasp cooperates with the tongue to retain the hair in a desired styling effect. The hair engaging teeth are spaced from the clasp and the tongue to engage hair surrounding the clasp and the tongue. In one aspect, the invention provides a hair clasp comprising a substrate made of a flexible material capable of going from a concave position to a convex position by the application of slight force, such as by press of fingers. The substrate has an inner portion that comes in contact with hair and an outer portion that is exposed. The hair clasp comprises at least one set of teeth having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is attached to the substrate. The flexible material used as the substrate may be any rubbery material such as natural rubber, neoprene, silicone, and the like. The hair clasp may further include decorative items such as bows, colored cloths, and the like, on the outer portion of the substrate.

In one aspect, the invention provides a hair clasp comprising a substrate made of a flexible material capable of going from a concave position to a convex position by the application of slight force, such as by press of fingers.
