The base includes a top surface and a bottom surface. The seat cushion also includes a generally wedge-shaped main cushion, and a generally rectangular-shaped back cushion, wherein the main and back cushions engage the base. The seat cushion is moveable between a deployed configuration and a rolled configuration.
CONVERTIBLE PERSONAL MULTIMEDIA POD
The present disclosure provides personal multimedia pods that convert from an enclosable premium theater system with seating for one or more users to an unenclosed chair and/or to an output audio/video device capable of connecting (e.g., wirelessly connecting) to other audio/visual equipment.
THERMAL REGULATING CHAIR
A thermal regulating chair, including a main body, including a seat portion to receive a user thereon, and a back portion movably disposed on at least a portion of the seat portion, a first thermal regulating assembly disposed within at least a portion of the seat portion to adjust a temperature level of the seat portion, and a second thermal regulating assembly disposed within at least a portion of the back portion to adjust a temperature level of the back portion.
Ventilation mat
A ventilation mat according to the present invention includes: a ventilation mat body; and an ventilation guide with a fan attachment hole provided at one end thereof, and the other end of the ventilation guide being connected to a connection hole provided on a side surface of the ventilation mat body, in which the ventilation mat body includes: a first base material having an air-permeable three-dimensional structure; an air-permeable cover configured to cover a surface of the first first base material; a side barrier configured to cover an outer periphery of the first base material other than the connection hole, the side barrier having an air permeability lower than that of the air-permeable cover; and an opening surface that is surrounded by the side barrier and exposes the first base material.
SEAT FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS EQUIPPED WITH VENTILATION COOLING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a seat for infants and toddlers equipped with a ventilation cooling device, the seat comprising: an upper plate (10) in which a plurality of air intake ports (101) and air exhaust ports (102) are formed; a lower plate (20) coupled to a lower portion of the upper plate (10), and having an internal space partitioned, by means of a partition wall (201), into an intake space (202) and an exhaust space (203), wherein the two spaces communicate with each other through a vent portion (201a) having a predetermined size formed in the partition wall (201); a blowing fan (30), installed inside the intake space (202), for intaking air that is outside the air intake ports (101) and discharging same through the air exhaust ports (102) that communicate with the exhaust space (203); a power supply unit (40) for supplying power to the blowing fan (30); and an air guide (50), formed at a lower portion of the air exhaust ports (102), for guiding air discharge. According to the present invention, ventilation between a baby's body part in close contact with a seat surface and the seat surface in close contact with the body part, and cooling corresponding to the ventilation are smoothly performed by means of the blowing fan, such that excellent comfort can be provided, and it is possible to carry and store the seat easily.
THERMOELECTRIC STRING, PANEL, AND COVERS FOR FUNCTION AND DURABILITY
A thermoelectric device comprising an elongated panel of two foam layers, and having an inserted thermoelectric string is incorporated into a seat cushion, planting pot, and battery thermal manager. Several enhancements to the string and the panel improve its durability, visual appeal, and tactile appeal over the prior art.
Collapsible, portable chair with integrated temperature control
A portable collapsible chair may include a frame that may be collapsed to enable a user to carry or store the chair and that may be expanded to form a chair on which the user may sit. The chair may further include a backrest coupled to the frame, a seat coupled to the frame, and one or more heat exchangers. The chair may also include a control circuit coupled to the one or more heat exchangers. The control circuit may provide a first signal to at least some of the one or more heat exchangers to warm the chair in a warming mode or may provide a second signal to at least some of the one or more heat exchangers to cool the chair in a cooling mode.
Lumbar traction device
A lumbar traction device for treating a lower back of a user includes a shell that is coupled to and extends from a rear edge of a panel. The shell and the panel are configured to position on a seat and in abutment a backrest of a chair, respectively. A coupling means that extends through a front of the shell is coupled to a plate positioned in the shell. The coupling means is configured to couple to a torso of the user to couple the user to the plate. An actuator, which is positioned in the shell and operationally coupled to the plate, is positioned to selectively raise the plate relative to the seat of the chair. The coupling means is configured to transmit an upward force from the actuator to the torso of the user to place a lumbar region of a spine of the user in traction.
Chair assemblies, systems, and apparatuses having integrated technologies, and related methods
This disclosure is directed to improved chair assemblies that can be integrated with various technologies, including heating, massaging technologies, cooling, and other technologies. Various portions of the chair assemblies include attachment structures that permit electronic assemblies to be attached and removed from the chair assemblies. The electronic assemblies can include electronics that facilitate heat therapy, massage therapy, and/or cooling therapy functions.
Posture control chair
A posture correcting chair having a back rest assembly providing mounting attachments for a head or neck rest, a lumbar support, at least one arm rest, and a posture retainer and supported by a seat assembly. The headrest, lumbar, seat and back support all adjust to allow a user to distribute their weight about a greater number of surfaces for adaptive comfort. A posture retainer affixed to the back rest assembly dynamically adjusts to the contour of a user's body based on force and pressure created while seated to provide active posture correction for a user to prevent slumping or slouching. A knee rest assembly is attached to rail system on a lower end of chair the base platform to provide additional support surfaces. The seat and knee rest assembly include heating, cooling or vibrating or massaging.
