VEHICLE SEAT
There is provided a vehicle seat (car seat) comprising a seat cushion pad (seat body) having an air passage connected to an outlet port (114), and a blower having an inlet port (113) and configured to feed air taken in through the inlet port (113) to the air passage. The blower (100) is located on the lower side of the seat cushion pad (seat body) that is opposite to an occupant's side on which an occupant is to be seated, and the inlet port (113) is directed upward that is a direction toward the seat cushion pad (seat body).
CHAIR ASSEMBLIES, SYSTEMS, AND APPARATUSES HAVING INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES, AND RELATED METHODS
This disclosure is directed to improved chair assemblies that can be integrated with various technologies, including heating, massaging technologies, cooling, and other technologies. Various portions of the chair assemblies include attachment structures that permit electronic assemblies to be attached and removed from the chair assemblies. The electronic assemblies can include electronics that facilitate heat therapy, massage therapy, and/or cooling therapy functions.
GAMING CHAIR
A gaming chair having a base member having wheels positioned about a perimeter of the base member; an adjustable vertically positioned cylinder having a first end affixed to the base member; a seat having a rigid seat base with a bottom affixed to a rotatable member and where the rotatable member is affixed to a second end of the cylinder; where the seat is adjustable upwardly, downwardly, rotationally and rockedly; a padded seat top positioned on the rigid seat base having at least one compressible internal core member that forms the padded seat top; and raised side bolsters located on opposite sides and on an external portion of the sitting platform; a first arm affixed to a first side of the rigid seat base; a second arm affixed to a second side of the rigid seat base; where each arm is an L-shape and each is extending out and up on opposite sides of the padded seat top; an arm rest affixed to a top of each of the first and second arms and where each of the arm rests is adjustable in multiple directions; a chair back having a chair back top with an internal oversized headrest; an internal S-Shaped spine; an internal lumbar support; a chair back bottom connected to the rigid chair base; a pivot member connecting the chair back bottom to the rigid chair base; and where the pivot member enables the chair back to recline.
Heating and cooling technologies
A heating and cooling device is disclosed comprising at least one integral low voltage heating and cooling source and an efficient flexible heat distribution means having a thermal conductivity of from 375 to 4000 W/mK for distributing the heat and cool across a surface. Further aspects include thermal interface compounds to provide full thermal contact as well as the use of a phase change material to provide a long lasting heating and/or cooling effect without the use of external electrical input. Preferred applications include automotive and furniture seating heating and cooling, along with outdoor garments having distributed heating and cooling effects.
Ventilation mat
A ventilation mat according to the present invention is a ventilation mat including: a ventilation mat body including a plurality of tubes coupled to one another in a sheet shape; and a ventilation guide connected to a side surface of the ventilation mat body, in which the ventilation mat body includes: a ventilation part with a slit provided on a side of the plurality of tubes coming into contact with the skin cover so as to be extended across the plurality of tubes, the ventilation part being coupled, with a material of the tube, to a side of the plurality of tubes coming into contact with the sheet cushioning material; and an air flow mixing part that is provided closer to a connection part of the ventilation guide than the ventilation part is, and communicates between the plurality of tubes.
Foothold including thermoelectric module
A foothold including a thermoelectric module includes a body having an air channel in which a suction fan is provided and a dissipation channel in which a dissipation fan is provided, and a cover including an air discharge portion disposed on the body. Further, the thermoelectric element is disposed between the dissipation heat sink and the cover.
POWERED CHAIRS FOR PUBLIC VENUES, ASSEMBLIES FOR USE IN POWERED CHAIRS, AND COMPONENTS FOR USE IN ASSEMBLIES FOR USE IN POWERED CHAIRS
Powered chairs, assemblies for use in the powered chairs, and components for use in the assemblies are provided. Electrical systems for use in the powered chairs, and components for use in the electrical systems are provided. Control systems and methods for operating powered chairs are also provided. Any given chair may be locally and/or remotely controlled.
CHAIR AND CHROMA KEY PHOTOGRAPHY BACKDROP ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A chair and chroma key photography backdrop assembly leverages the effect of chroma key photography with a collapsible chroma key panel integrated directly into a chair on which an actor sits during broadcast or video conference. The chair has at least one accessory retention arm that forms a cavity sized and dimensioned to retain broadcast equipment, including cameras and sound systems. The chair also has a shock absorber to absorb shock impulses from the actor who is sitting on the chair. Chroma key photography software in the cameras separate the solid color of the chroma key panel from the actor sitting in the chair, and replaces the solid color background of the chroma key panel with a virtual image or video and also separates the actor from the background, such that the actor appears to be in front of a virtual image or video. By deploying the chroma key panel from the chair, stowage, mobility, and efficiency are enhanced during video production.
Article comprising a temperature-conditioned surface, thermoelectric control unit, and method for temperature-conditioning the surface of an article
A thermoelectric control unit is adapted for regulating liquid temperature in a hydraulic circuit. The control unit comprises a housing, and a liquid reservoir for containing a liquid inside the housing. The reservoir has a fill opening, a liquid outlet, and a liquid return. A conduit assembly extends from the liquid outlet to the liquid return. A pump is operatively connected to the reservoir, and is adapted for moving the liquid through the conduit assembly within the hydraulic circuit. A first heat exchanger communicates with the liquid reservoir. A second heat exchanger resides adjacent the first heat exchanger, and communicates with an environment outside of the liquid reservoir and inside of the housing. A substantially planar thermoelectric cooling module is located at an electrified junction between the first and second heat exchangers.
