Seat with ventilative property
To provide a seat with ventilative property, which can eliminate or minimize the possibility of its being permanently deformed and settled into an unrecoverable deformed state. In the seat with ventilative property, left and right three-dimensional network cushion elements are provided in a forwardly-facing region of a seat cushion of the seat, in a manner independent of each other, such that the left and right three-dimensional network cushion elements are respectively situated at: one location on which a left thigh portion of a seat occupant is to be contacted; and the other location on which a right thigh portion of the seat occupant is to be contacted. This arrangement can almost completely prevent a direct application of a weight of the seat occupant to the two three-dimensional network cushion elements. Therefore, the present invention has the effect that a permanent downward settling of the seat cushion SC can be prevented, so that a short life of the seat due to such permanent settling may be substantially avoided.
OUTSIDE FURNITURE AND FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a piece of outside furniture (40) comprising a hollow space (405) closed by a door (410); a means (415) for locking the door in position when said door is closed; a transmitter-receiver (430) of an electromagnetic wave, the locking means being configured to unlock the position of the door when a received electromagnetic wave, from a radio frequency identification tag having received an emitted electromagnetic wave, comprises predefined information; and a through-opening (420), this opening being configured to allow the passage of a post planted in the ground.
Seating sofa with laminated readily reboundable cooling-effect seating cushions
A cushion having a foam core sandwiched by opposing gel infused viscoelastic pads adhesively attached to the core, the assembly wrapped in a non-woven and received in an upholstery casing, for seating use of the cushion in a furniture piece that during use for seating, the upper one of the pads wicking body heat into the seating cushion away from the person sitting thereon to provide a perception of cooling and the compressed pad readily reboundable to a noncompressed state after occupancy, and the cushion rotatable to selectively alternate the seating pad for use.
Chair backrest panel positioning device
A chair backrest panel positioning device includes a backrest panel frame and a backrest panel. The backrest panel frame has a hollow configuration, is formed along the rear side of the seat of a chair, and has two upper lateral portions configured for retaining predetermined portions of the backrest panel respectively. The backrest panel is separately formed, may or may not conform in shape to the backrest panel frame, and features proper elasticity. The backrest panel frame further has two lateral portions which are at a predetermined height and are configured for clamping the corresponding areas of the backrest panel respectively. Once mounted to the backrest panel frame, the backrest panel can be leaned on elastically.
SYSTEMS AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE EMPLOYING LONG-TERM COOLING MATERIAL IN WOVEN AND NON-WOVEN FABRICS AND PROCESSES TO GENERATE THE LONG-TERM COOLING MATERIAL AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE
A cooling material is provided. The cooling material can include a yarn having a defined denier of less than or equal to approximately 90 denier, wherein the yarn can comprise a cooling additive disposed on or in a polymer. In some embodiments, the yarn can be at least one of a warp or a weft of a woven fabric. A method can comprise receiving a cooling material, wherein the cooling material comprises: a polymer and a cooling additive, wherein the cooling additive is disposed on or in the polymer; and processing the cooling material by employing a non-weaving technique to create a non-woven fabric. In some embodiments, the non-weaving technique is one of a meltblown process, a spunbond process, or a multi-denier process.
FILLING MEMBER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEAT PAD USING THE FILLING MEMBER
A seat pad which can provide a favorable seating feeling while adhesion between a breathable member and a resin foam constituting the seat pad is ensured and a method of manufacturing such a seat pad are provided. A filling member including a breathable member having a ventilation function to an outside, used in a molding process of the seat pad for a vehicle integrally molded from a foam made of a foamable resin in a state where the breathable member is placed therein, and removed after the molding, is characterized by including a frame-shaped body attached to a peripheral side surface of an outside exposed surface of the breathable member and installed on a molding surface of a mold and a side-surface covering body installed upright on the frame-shaped body and partially covering a side surface of the breathable member.
Foam seat cushions
Improved foam seat cushions that are ergonomically shaped, equipped with a notch to facilitate proper sitting and to potentially center on a seat, and a plurality of channels running through the cushion to provide cooling. In some examples, the foam seat cushion includes handles located on either side and can be folded in half for easy transport. In some further examples, the foam seat cushion includes a cushioning layer disposed at the foam layer.
SEAT PAD
[Problem to be Solved]
Providing a seat pad that can provide good sitting comfortability with bonding between a ventilation member and an expanded resin foam included in the seat pad ensured.
[Solution]
A seat pad 10 including a ventilation member 20 having a function that lets air through to/from an outside, the seat pad 10 being formed by integral expansion molding of an expandable resin material M with the ventilation member 20 introduced therein, includes a covering member 30 that covers at least a part of the ventilation member 20 at an interface between the ventilation member 20 and the expandable resin material M, and the covering member 30 includes an impregnation inhibiting material having a function that inhibits infiltration of the expandable resin material M, the function being at least higher than that of the ventilation member 20.
