Arrangements described herein relate to systems, apparatuses, and methods for a disposable kit containing medical items configured for a medical device including a head cradle to support a head of a subject, the disposable kit includes a container that encloses a head cradle pad configured to be affixed to the head cradle, at least one fiducial marker configured to be disposed on a location at the head of the subject, and at least one enclosure configured to cover a portion of the medical device.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a headband for securing a wig on a user's head, methods for manufacturing a wig-securing headband, and methods for wearing a wig-securing headband. The headband can have an exterior panel and an interior panel. The interior panel can include an opening. The headband can include an intermediate layer disposed between the exterior panel and the interior panel. The headband can include a silicone member coupled to the intermediate layer. The silicone member can extend along a longitudinal axis of the headband. At least a portion of the silicone member can be disposed in the opening of the interior panel.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a headband for securing a wig on a user's head, methods for manufacturing a wig-securing headband, and methods for wearing a wig-securing headband. The headband can have an exterior panel and an interior panel. The interior panel can include an opening. The headband can include an intermediate layer disposed between the exterior panel and the interior panel. The headband can include a silicone member coupled to the intermediate layer. The silicone member can extend along a longitudinal axis of the headband. At least a portion of the silicone member can be disposed in the opening of the interior panel.

Apparatus, systems and methods related to hair ties. In a first illustrative embodiment, a securing apparatus, such as a hair tie, has a middle section formed as an elongated pliable member. At a first end, a fastener body is attached to the elongated pliable member. At a second end, two connection loops may be disposed. In use, the fastener body may be passed through one of the two connection loops to configure the pliable member as a relatively large loop. This relatively large loop may be tightened, by drawing the pliable member further through the loop, until it is drawn tight on material to be retained therein. The pliable member may then be wrapped around the retained material until secured with the fastener body adjacent the connection loops. The fastener body may then be passed through the second connection loop to be retained therein.

Apparatus, systems and methods related to hair ties. In a first illustrative embodiment, a securing apparatus, such as a hair tie, has a middle section formed as an elongated pliable member. In use, the fastener body may be passed through one of the two connection loops to configure the pliable member as a relatively large loop. A hair cap may create and/or enhance natural hair curls and/or preserves and/or adds hair volume without using, heat, chemicals, or expensive equipment. The hair cap may include a headband attached to a firm inner platform/rim surrounded by an attached cloth which may be formed of microfiber. The cloth may be wrapped around the user's head and then secured using an attachment mechanism to hold curls on top of the user's head with the curls resting on the platform. The top portion of the hair cap or bonnet may be open so that it does not depress down on the user's hair or head. This may allow better overall curl formation and volume. The opening also may facilitate personalized shaping and styling of the hair.

A non-toxic unitary lice deterring and preventive headband is worn upon the scalp of a wearer. The headband does not use coatings or removable strips, or other reservoirs attached to the headband. The aromatic essential oils are preferably a 1.65% mixture by weight of citronella oil, rosemary oil, lemongrass oil and geranium oil, where the mixture is infused by further admixing in a resin of the styrene butadiene copolymer in an amount of 98.55% by weight. The raw plastic resin material, such as styrene butadiene copolymer, is first premixed and preheated into a malleable, pourable state, which is then admixed with the mixture of aromatic essential oils. The admixture of the plastic resin and aromatic essential oils is then injected into a headband-shaped mold The molded, admixed material is already prepared with lice deterring aromatic essential oils, when the molded, admixed plastic material is molded into a headband shape.
