User-adjustable headband and method of manufacture thereof
There is provided a headband for managing hair of a user comprising an elongate body member defining a full length and configured to be conformable around the head of a user, wherein the body member includes a first layer potion, a second layer portion connected to the first layer portion and an elongate metallic core member arranged between the first and second layer portions, and wherein, in use, when the headband resembling an arch is worn by the user the first layer portion is positioned to be outwardly facing and the second layer is positioned to be inwardly facing, and wherein the body member is user-adjustable in curvature such that the full length of the arch is conformable to specific contour of the head and entire inwardly facing surface of the second layer portion of the member is engageable around the head.

The invention provides headbands and barrettes and methods for securing headbands, barrettes, and hair. The headbands and barrettes remain in in a desired place during use and hold the user's hair in in a desired place during use. The headbands and barrettes use a hook and loop fastener (the hook portion of a hook and loop fastener system) to interact with the user's hair during use and hold the headband or barrette and the user's hair in place.

The hair bundle apparatus includes: a first section comprising a loop member, a first end and a second end, wherein the first section is constructed of a first material comprising one of synthetic hair, an elastic band, wire, and thread; a second section comprising a locking member; and a third section comprising a third end and a fourth end, wherein the third section is constructed of a second material comprising human hair.
COMBINED HAIR HEADBAND HAVING PIVOTALLY ATTACHED EYEGLASSES
The present invention provides a combined hair headband having a pivotally attached eyeglass frame. The headband has a semi-circular shape for wearing on the head of the user and has a narrow headband member of less than one inch in width. The eyeglass frame has a pair of first and second gripping arms pivotally connected to the eyeglass frame. The end of the first gripping arm has a first attached pivot member connected to the first side of the headband member, so that the first gripping arm of the eyeglass frame is pivotally moveable with respect to the first side of the headband member. Also, the end of the second gripping arm has a second attached pivot member connected to the second side of the headband member, so that the second gripping arm of the eyeglass frame is pivotally moveable with respect to the second side of the headband member. The eyeglass frame may be heart shaped, or circular, or any other shape.
COMBINED HAIR HEADBAND HAVING PIVOTALLY ATTACHED EYEGLASSES
The present invention provides a combined hair headband having a pivotally attached eyeglass frame. Some implementations of this disclosure provide an electronically customizable article comprising a fashion article selected from the group consisting of a handbag, a shoe, glasses, a tie, and a bowtie wherein the fashion article comprises an electronic visual display, a processor, a communication interface for communication between the fashion article and a network, and a non-transitory computer readable medium containing instructions that, when executed by the processor, causes the fashion article to connect to a server over the network, receive data from the server, and display one or more images associated with the data on the electronic visual display.

A hair accessary according to the present disclosure comprises: a body part including a first body part and a second body part capable of being mutually separated from and coupled to each other; a first decoration part covering at least a portion of an outer surface of the first body part; and a second decoration part covering at least a portion of an outer surface of the second body part; wherein the body part has an inner surface having a closed loop structure formed through coupling of the first body part and the second body part.

HAIR RETAINER AND METHODS OF USE
A hair retainer and method of use. The hair retainer includes a central body having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, a first loop extending from the first end of the central body, and a second loop extending from the second end of the central body. Bunched hair is placed through the first loop, the central body is wrapped around the head, and the bunched hair is placed through the second loop.
