A wall mount mailbox is provided. A housing includes a front side and a back side. A rotatable mail deposit includes a mail delivery door and an inner panel affixed on a proximate end at an angle to a bottom of the mail delivery door, and is pivotably attached to the front side of the housing. A mail slot is formed as an opening within a front surface of the housing when the rotatable mail deposit is in a fully open position allowing mail to be deposited through the opening over each of the inner panel and the safety arm. A mail retrieval door is located below the rotatable mail deposit and is pivotably attached to the front side of the housing.

A delivery/drop box is provided for parcels and products (items). The box comprises: a frame; a plurality of wall, floor, fixed roof, and fixed front panels securable to the frame; a cam roof section hingeably securable to at least one of the frame and the fixed roof section; a drop door assembly hingeably securable to at least one of the frame and the fixed front panel. As the drop door assembly is moved to an open position, the cam roof section moves to a raised position and an opening into an interior of the box is created. The box further comprises a lockable door panel hingeably securable to one of the side or rear panels, whereby an item passed through the opening into the interior of the box is accessible when the door panel is unlocked and open and is inaccessible when the door panel is closed and locked.

The present invention provides a mailbox device comprising a first right side member, a second right side member, a first left side member, a second left side member, a front member, a back member, a first protective panel, a second protective panel, a top member and a bottom member. The bottom member can be configured to be folded up and locked to the front member and the top member can be configured to fold down. The first and second right sides can be configured to be folded inside. The first and second left sides can also be configured to be folded inside.

The present invention teaches a residential curbside mailbox with enhanced box handling capability, openable by barcode scanning, and with interchangeable bonnets. A body which is generally column shaped has front and rear doors which open at the top and hinge near the bottom and which have interleaved fingers or members extending from the bottom ends into the interior space of the mailbox. A box tray sits on the interleaved fingers. When either door is opened the fingers of that door lift the box tray upward and out of the box on that side. Thus a delivery person may access a box without leaving a delivery vehicle, while the homeowner may do the same without leaving the safety of the yard. In addition, an elastic cord and carefully slanted slots on side panels of the front door allow easy retention of a box even further up the front door.

A retractable arm device, system, and method with a locking mechanism for preventing items placed in a device or receptacle from getting stuck, damaged, or torn. The retractable arm includes an inner tube, a pawl, and an outer tube surrounding the inner tube. The inner tube slides within the outer tube and the pawl preventing the retractable arm from moving into an extended position under particular conditions. The retractable arm may be placed in a receptacle for items to prevent the door from being reopened before the door is fully closed.

A parcel box includes an external shell and upper and lower baffles. The external shell includes left and right side walls, a front wall, a rear wall, a base, a cover and a door. Each of the cover and the door are movable between closed and opened positions, respectively. When opened, the cover facilitates access by parcels through a top opening and into a storage area. When opened, the door facilitates removal of parcels from the storage area and through a bottom opening. The upper baffles are pivotally coupled to the front wall, independently movable about an upper common pivot axis between deployed positions and depressed positions, and independently spring-biased toward the deployed positions. The lower baffles are pivotally coupled to the rear wall, independently movable about a lower common pivot axis between deployed positions and depressed positions, and independently spring-biased toward the deployed positions.

A rotatable mail deposit is pivotably attached to the front side of the housing and includes a mail delivery door, an inner panel affixed on a proximate end at an angle to a bottom of the mail delivery door, and a safety arm affixed at a further angle to a distal end of the inner panel. A mail retrieval door is located below the rotatable mail deposit and pivotably attached to the front side of the housing.
