The water filling apparatus of the beverage producing equipment fills hot water into the bottom of the beverage substance cartridge near the side wall of the cartridge body, and forms vortex in the beverage substance cartridge which speeds up extraction efficiently. Furthermore, inside convex edges are set at the side wall of the beverage cartridge and hot water temperature is high enough to strengthen extraction effects and then realize rapid brewing effects in the tea brewing equipment. The beverage producing equipment can be widely applied in offices and homes.

Modular machine for preparing beverages from capsules, including a unit to supply electric and hydraulic services and a plurality of modules for the automatic preparation of beverages from capsules, each electrically and hydraulically autonomous with respect to every other module. The modules are respectively connected by means of an electric circuit and a hydraulic circuit to a single outlet electric connector and to an outlet hydraulic collector of the unit to supply electric and hydraulic services.

A system for the preparation of beverages including capsules (C) with a cup-shaped body (1) having an annular lateral wall (6) which tapers from a mouth opening (2) towards a bottom wall (5). The present invention concerns a beverage preparation machine (1) comprising: a reservoir (2) for a fluid, a brewing head (3) adapted to receive at least one ingredient capsule (100) comprising at least one beverage preparation ingredient (104), a pump (6) for pumping a predetermined volume of said fluid from said reservoir (2) to said brewing head (3), such that said fluid can be injected into said capsule (100), when said capsule (100) is received by said brewing head (3), to mix with said ingredient (104) under pressure and produce a predetermined volume of beverage, wherein the reservoir (2), the pump (6), and an inserted ingredient capsule (100) in use are in fluidic communication and form a fluid system (800), and wherein the beverage preparation machine (1) further comprises a pressure sensor (301; 302; 303; 304) adapted to measure internal pressure (P) within an ingredient capsule (100) inserted inside said brewing head (3), and a locking mechanism (401) adapted to prevent disconnection of the inserted ingredient capsule (100) from the fluid system (800) if the measured internal pressure (P) exceeds a predetermined threshold pressure value (Pt).

Brewing unit of a beverage preparation machine with a brewing chamber (10) and a brewing chamber surface (15), wherein the brewing chamber (10) is designed to be substantially rotationally symmetrical with respect to an axis (16) directed from a first brewing chamber half (11) to a second brewing chamber half (12). A capsule for beverages includes an external casing provided with a first base wall and with a first side wall defining a cavity that is open and suitable for containing a filtering element and a product for obtaining a beverage and a first covering element fixed to a first rim of the external casing to close hermetically the cavity. The filtering element includes a second base wall and a second side wall that extends from the second base wall to a second rim fixed to the first base wall. The product is housed in a first chamber defined between the first side wall and the second side wall. The capsule can be used in a machine for producing a beverage.
