Apparatus and method for self-cleaning blender system
A system for processing foodstuffs includes a container platform, a blade platform, and a locking mechanism. The container platform defines a container receptacle configured to receive a container including foodstuffs. The blade platform includes blades configured to rotate to process the foodstuffs. The locking mechanism is configured to couple the container platform to the blade platform to form a blending chamber including the blades and the container subsequent to determining that the container is received by the container receptacle and prior to rotation of the blades.

The base may include a near field communications chip that may communicate with a near field communications chip of a container. A self-cleaning food processor, comprising a main machine (100a), a processing chamber (200a) and an electric motor (101a), wherein the processing chamber (200a) is internally provided with a crushing blade (201a) driven by the electric motor (101a); and the processing chamber (200a) comprises an upper cavity (300a), a lower cavity (400a), and a connecting section (500a) located between the upper cavity (300a) and the lower cavity (400a), the lower cavity (400a) being fixedly arranged on the main machine (100a), the upper cavity (300a) being detachably arranged relative to the lower cavity (400a), the connecting section (500a) being arranged on the upper cavity (300a), and the connecting section (500a) at least partially protruding into the processing chamber (200a) relative to the lower cavity (400a). The food processor further comprises a cup body assembly which is removable and replaceable with the upper cavity (300a), a safety linkage device, and a locking linkage device, wherein the cup body assembly comprises a cup body (501b) and a cup lid (503b); the safety linkage device comprises a safety connecting rod (301b) arranged on the cup body (501b); the locking linkage device comprises a locking connecting rod (401b) arranged on the cup body (501b); the cup lid (503b) is provided with a trigger lock-fit portion; and when the cup lid (503b) is mounted to an upper port of the cup body (501b) in a screwing manner, the trigger lock-fit portion moves with the cup lid (504b) and separately drives the safety connecting rod (301b) and the locking connecting rod (401b) to move in a linkage manner.
Food processing apparatus and a method of operating the same
There is provided an apparatus (10) for processing food stuff. The apparatus (10) comprises a container (110) for receiving a food stuff; a food processing unit (120) for processing the food stuff in the container; a force sensor (130) for measuring an operation parameter, and a control unit (140) for operating the food processing unit (120) based on measurements received from the sensor. The sensor is furthermore configured to measure an interaction with the apparatus by a user. The control unit is configured to receive measurements of the user interaction from the sensor (130) and process the received measurements to determine if a predetermined user interaction or a predetermined user interaction pattern corresponding to a user input command has been performed by the user.

A system includes a container platform configured to receive a container, a blade assembly and a blade actuator for rotating blades of the blade assembly, a blade platform, and a platform actuator for moving the blade platform between a blade engagement position and a container engagement position. A processor is configured to cause the platform actuator to move the blade platform, prior to a first actuation of the blade actuator, from the container engagement position to the blade engagement position, to cause the first actuation, to cause the platform actuator to move the blade platform towards the container engagement position, to cause the blade platform to return to the blade engagement position, to cause a second actuation of the blade actuator, and to cause the platform actuator to return the blade platform to the container engagement position subsequent to the second actuation.

The present invention related to a cooking device having a cooking glass bowl, wherein the cooking glass bowl has a large weight to improve the safety of the cooling device during operation of the cooling device equipped with a high-speed motor. The cooking device having the cooking glass bowl according to the present invention, comprises: a glass bowl portion (100) including a cooking glass bowl (110) having a handle base (111) extending from and integrally formed with an outer side surface of one side thereof, a bowl base (120) including a heater (170) and fastened to an outer circumferential surface of a lower end of the cooking glass bowl (110), and handle portions (400, 500) fastened and fixed at opposite ends of the handle base by being brought into close contact with each other so as to cover the handle base (111) of the cooking glass bowl (110) while maintaining a tight contact state in a direction perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the cooking glass bowl (110); and a body portion (200) which generates a driving force in an internal space formed inside thereof and supplies a power to the heater (170) or a generator (260) by voltage conversion.
Safety system for household food-processing device
The present invention relates to household food-processing devices. In order to provide a household food-processing device with a mounting system ensuring that it is not possible to touch the processing tool in an operating state, a household food-processing device (10) is provided that comprises a base unit (12), a processing tool unit (14) with a processing tool (18) for processing supplied food, and a receiving unit (16) with a receiving volume (20) for receiving the processed food. The base unit provides a driving force for actuating the processing tool. The receiving unit is mountable to the processing tool unit, and the base unit is mountable to the processing tool unit. The processing tool unit is provided with a safety mounting mechanism (38) defining a mounting order, according to which the base unit is mountable to the processing tool unit only when the receiving unit is mounted to the processing tool unit; and according to which the de-mounting of the receiving unit from the processing tool unit is blocked when the base unit is mounted to the processing tool unit.

The container delimits a food cavity for containing the food substance. The handle has a connection member projecting from the container and a substantially elongated upright gripping member that is connected to the connection member at a distance from the container. The gripping member has an upper portion that is above the connection member and a lower portion that is below the connection member. The upper portion is configured to support a thumb of the hand and delimits with the connection member an upper seat for accommodating an index finger of the hand.
