Fluid Dispenser with Thermometer
A fluid dispenser having a temperature sensor that senses a temperature of an external surface presented by a user’s hand, and a pump mechanism that is configured to dispense fluid onto the user’s hand when the pump mechanism is activated. It is determined whether the fluid has been dispensed onto the user’s hand based, at least in part, on the temperature of the external surface presented by the user’s hand.
ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED PUMP
Automatic electric actuation of the pump of a liquid dispenser apparatus is provided by a stepper motor having a threaded hollow liquid-conducting tube positioned therein and configured such that motor drives the hollow tube up and down in response to supply of a plurality of electrical pulses thereto. A lower end of the hollow tube is constructed to inter-fit with a stem of the pump such that driving the hollow tube up and down creates a pumping action.
Fluid container retaining systems and methods
A fluid container retaining system includes a cover, and a support mount configured to cooperate with the cover to securely retain a first portion of a fluid container. The support mount includes a securing assembly having a suction cup that is configured to removably secure the fluid container retaining system to a surface of a structure. A stand is configured to secure to a second portion of the fluid container.
DISPENSING PUMP WITH POLYMER SPRING, BASE VENTING AND FLOW BAFFLE
A dispensing pump (1000) includes a polymer compression spring (1048), base vents (1060) and a flow baffle (1092). The dispensing pump includes a pump base (1002), and a dispensing head (1004) having a piston stem (1034). The polymer compression spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element (1048) and first and second loading cones received at opposing ends of the slotted tubular spring element. The venting ports allow air to escape when capping the container after filling and the flow baffle reduces or prevents the product from being pulled into the pump accumulator before residual air (headspace) has been evacuated from the container during the initial priming strokes.
FLUID PUMP STERILIZATION APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus for pumping a selected sterilizing fluid by a user comprising: a fluid container, a pump assembly having a fluid delivery tube, the fluid delivery tube being manually drivable by the user in a downstream direction starting from a stationary start position and adapted to pump fluid upstream through an upstream end of the fluid delivery tube that is configured to receive and engage a complementary surface of an external device, the fluid delivery tube being drivable downstream from the start position by manually engaging the complementary surface of the external device against the upstream facing surface of the enlarged head and manually driving the external device in the downstream direction.
Wet/dry sheet dispenser with dispensing cup
A wet/dry sheet dispenser. The dispenser has an elongate refill which holds a liquid and fits into a complementary base. Liquid is selectively dispensed from the refill by longitudinal activation of a pump. The pump may be disposed on either the refill or base. Liquid flows from the refill, upwardly to a dispensing cup. The user may then, optionally, take a sheet and wet it with liquid from the cup at the point of use. This arrangement allows for convenient and selective one hand pump operation, so the other hand is free to grasp the sheet. The sheet may be used wet or dry as desired at the point of use.
Elastic bag foam pump
The invention discloses an elastic bag foam pump, which comprises a bottle cover (1), an elastic bag (2), a piston rod (3), a piston (4), a liquid inlet one-way valve (6) and a gas inlet one-way valve (8), wherein the elastic bag (2) is a hollow thin-wall bag; the bag opening of the elastic bag is provided with a connection part (2.1); the connection part (2.1) is mounted on an annular wall (1.1) used for connection on the bottle cover (1) in a sealing way; the elastic bag (2) is provided with an inlet hole (1.8) through which an inlet pipe (2.4) is communicated with the bottle cover (1); the gas inlet one-way valve (8) is mounted at one side of the inlet hole (1.8); a piston rod upper end (3.1) is fixed to an upper wall connection part (2.3) of the elastic bag (2); the lower end of the piston rod (3) is provided with the piston (4); and a cylinder (1.2) is arranged in the middle of the bottle cover (1). The elastic bag foam pump has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy to use.
Flexible mounting system for hand hygiene dispensers
A flexible mounting system for a chemical product dispenser includes a dispenser holder and at least one mounting apparatus. A releasable connection mechanism provides for attachment of the dispenser holder to the mounting apparatus. The releasable connection mechanism may provide for attachment of the dispenser holder to the mounting apparatus in multiple orientations. In one example, the mounting apparatus includes a mounting bracket configured for mounting to a support object, such as a wall, table, counter top, cabinet, shelf, cart etc. In another example, the mounting apparatus includes a mounting clamp configured for mounting to ledges, poles, bedrails, handles, etc.
PORTABLE FLUID DISPENSING APPARATUSES
Portable fluid dispensing apparatuses are disclosed. In some embodiments, the apparatus includes an upper assembly and a lower assembly. The lower assembly includes a base shell and a lid removably coupled to the base shell. The upper assembly includes an upper shell attached to the lid and having a first aperture. The upper assembly additionally includes a fluid dispenser attached to a neck portion of the lid and received. The fluid dispenser includes an actuator nozzle, a first tube received in a first internal compartment of the base shell, a pump disposed between the nozzle and the first tube. The upper assembly further includes a pump control member having a second tube connected to the nozzle. The pump control member is sized to allow movement of the pump control member and the nozzle toward the pump to activate the pump and dispense fluid stored in the first internal compartment.
FLAT-PACK LIQUID DISPENSING STATION
A flat-pack liquid dispensing station comprised of sheet material and configured to store or use a variety of liquid containers including plastic gallon bottles affixed with liquid dispensing hand pumps. The dispensing station may further comprise a shelf with an opening to accommodate the head of a pump and aid in restricting the movement of the liquid container.
