The head is equipped with a tube and a button for acting on the diaphragm and deforming it for dispensing. The button has a pressure surface for a user's dispensing action. An extension element which, in an active position, is arranged as an extension of the pressure surface of the button, increases a leverage effect.
Liquid dispensing system and apparatus
A liquid dispensing system and apparatus may comprise a container having a neck portion and a chamber portion, wherein the chamber portion is configured to retain a liquid and has at least one tapered portion. The system and apparatus may further comprise a base configured to secure the container and a dispensing member configured to securably mate with the neck portion and dispense liquid from the chamber portion. The base may removably secure the container or the container and the base may form one contiguous body. The dispensing member may have at least one dispenser head, at least one pump, and at least one dip tube configured to extend to the lowest point. In some embodiments, the tapered portion may be configured as an inverted hollow cone with the lowest point being the point of the cone.
Pump with a polymer spring
A fluid pump includes a plastomer spring. The spring includes a first end portion and a second end portion and a plurality of rhombus shaped spring sections, joined together in series at adjacent corners and aligned with each other in an axial direction to connect the first end portion to the second end portion. The spring sections can be compressed in the axial direction from an initial condition to a compressed condition and can subsequently expand to their initial condition.
Pressurized Soap Dispenser and Method
A dispenser for dispensing a metered dose of foam or liquid from a reservoir includes means for applying gas pressure either directly or indirectly to a liquid contained in the reservoir for dispensing a liquid or foam through a nozzle. Instead of using a direct pump, the dispenser uses gas pressure inside the dispenser that pushes the liquid out of the reservoir without coming into contact with the reservoir. The dispenser can include a battery operated gas pressure pump and a sensor that senses pressure within the dispenser. In one aspect, an actuator can open a valve for dispensing metered doses of a liquid or foam.
ADAPTOR ASSEMBLY FOR A FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
An adaptor assembly for use in a dispenser for a replaceable fluid container comprising a fluid pump. The adapter assembly is used in the dispenser to allow using a fluid container having a pump being actuated by laterally compressing it. The adaptor assembly comprises a fluid container support for supporting the fluid container in a desired position in the dispenser and actuation parts having actuation heads being movable between non-actuated and actuated positions. The actuation heads have contact surfaces for abutting dolly surfaces and the pump. The contact surfaces abut against the dolly surfaces in the non-actuated and actuated positions. A moving part is displaceable between a lower and upper position. A horizontal plane through the actuation heads in their fully actuated positions intersects portions of the dolly surfaces that are in contact with the contact surfaces. A fluid dispensing system and a dispenser are also disclosed.
Pump for a system for dispensing a liquid as a spray, a spray nozzle unit, a system for dispensing a liquid as a spray and a method for dispensing a liquid as a spray
A pump includes a housing forming a chamber; a dispensing opening; and a regulator fixedly arranged in the chamber. The regulator includes an inner valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the container and the chamber; an outer valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the chamber and the dispensing opening; a stem resilient along its length, sideways bendable, and extending in a longitudinal direction of the housing between the inner valve and the outer valve; and a displacement guide located at an outer portion of the stem on an inner side of the outer valve. An outer perimeter of the displacement guide and a portion of an internal surface of a guide region located adjacent the displacement guide are adapted to transfer the sideways bending of the stem to a relative displacement between the outer valve and the housing along the longitudinal direction of the housing.
WALL-MOUNTED METERING DISPENSER
A wall-mounted metering dispenser for a liquid, having a replaceable container and a wall bracket, and having a removal apparatus for removing liquid from the container in a metered manner. The wall bracket has a first fixing location having a fixed retention element for the base region of the container, and a second fixing location having a sleeve which can is separable from or movable relative to the wall bracket which retains the upper region of the container. The removal apparatus is arranged on or integrated in the sleeve and includes a metering pump having a pump chamber that is insertable in the container opening and a pump valve and an actuation element that is movable relative to the container and cooperates with the pump valve and has a liquid discharge opening connected to the pump chamber via a discharge channel. The actuation element is guided in the sleeve.
DOUBLE INLET VALVE FOR ENHANCED PUMP EFFICIENCY
An dispenser includes a housing, a container disposed in the housing for holding a liquid, a nozzle, and a pump. The pump is disposed between the container and the nozzle. The pump includes a pump inlet, a pump outlet, a pump chamber, a first check valve, and a second check valve. The pump inlet is in fluid communication with the container and the pump chamber, and the pump outlet is in fluid communication with the pump chamber and the nozzle. The pump chamber is movable between an expanded position and a compressed position. The first check valve is disposed between the container and the pump, and the first check valve has a first cracking pressure. The second check valve is disposed between the first check valve and the pump, and the second check valve has a second cracking pressure. The first cracking pressure of the first check valve is greater than the second cracking pressure of the second check valve.
PUMP WITH A SPRING AND VALVE COMBINATION
A fluid pump includes a pump body having a pump inlet and a pump outlet, and a spring valve combination provided within the pump body. The spring valve combination includes a spring body having a first end portion, a second end portion and a spring section therebetween, which spring section is compressible in an axial direction from an initial condition to a compressed condition and is subsequently expandable to its initial condition; a first valve element provided at the first end portion of the spring body; and a second valve element provided at the second end portion of the spring body, wherein the spring body and the first and second valve elements are integrally formed. The first and second valve elements interact with an interior of the pump body to define a one-way inlet valve and a one-way outlet valve, respectively.
