A wet or dry paper towel dispenser may include a housing including a base portion, a paper towel roll holding portion, and a paper towel advancing and wetting portion. The dispenser may also include a paper towel advancing mechanism and a liquid dispensing mechanism at least portion of each disposed in the paper towel advancing and wetting portion. The paper towel advancing mechanism may be configured to receive sheet product of the paper towel roll and advance a portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll. The liquid dispensing mechanism may be configured to selectively wet the portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll as the paper towel advancing mechanism advances the portion of the sheet product of the paper roll.

The commode having a catch basin attached to the water reservoir tank at a position above the water reservoir tank water line. A pressurized water line is used to supply fresh water to a nozzle mounted in the catch basin. An actuator allows water to be dispensed through the nozzle for the purposes of moistening toilet paper. The catch basin includes a lower drain hole in fluid communication with the flush tank to drain water therein at a predetermined rate, and an upper opening draining into the flush tank to prevent overflowing of said catch basin.

A modular dispenser system is described that can enable users to carry and use items and liquids that can be used together in a convenient, cost effective, and portable manner. A wipes device includes a wipes dispensing structure configured to permit a user to remove a wetted wipe, a wipes housing configured to hold dry wipes, wherein the wetted wipe is accessible via the wipes dispensing structure, an evaporation device unit positioned relative to the wipes housing, a water container connected to the evaporation device unit, and an additive housing connected to the evaporation device unit, where the evaporation device unit is configured to the wet the dry wipes by vaporizing a combination of water from the water container and an additive from the additive housing for a defined event.

Described and recited herein are example embodiments and implementations of a paper product dispenser by which the paper product may be dampened or moistened as it unrolls, based on at least the angle at which the paper product is unrolled.
