Monitoring system for dispenser
In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a sheet material dispenser. The dispenser can include support for supporting a supply of the sheet material, and a feed roller arranged along a feed path of the sheet material downstream from the supply of sheet material that is operable to pull the sheet material from the supply of sheet material for feeding thereof. Additionally, the dispenser can include a controller that is in communication with the feed roller and includes programming for monitoring rotation of the feed roller during a dispensing cycle for feeding a selected length of the sheet material from the supply of sheet material. A material supply monitoring system further can be in communication with the controller, and operative to detect a number of rotations or an angle of rotation of the supply sheet material during at least a series of dispensing cycles.
ELECTROCHEMICAL TOWEL APPARATUS AND OPERATING METHODS THEREOF
Apparatus, and methods of operating such apparatus to produce disposable towels moistened with aqueous solution containing hypohalous acid.
DISPENSER ASSEMBLY FOR SELECTIVELY DISPENSING SHEET MATERIAL
A dispenser assembly facilitating selective dispensing of sheet material from a plurality of supplies of sheet material having a plurality of driven rollers each configured to move sheet material from a respective supply of sheet material. The dispensing assembly including an activation system that can include an opposing beam dispenser activation assembly for triggering a dispensing operation and/or a visible light indicator for guiding a user.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for dispensing sheets of material
A sheet material dispensing apparatus, including a shaft operatively connected to a supply roller and a retracting roller, wherein the retracting roller has a radiused portion and at least one truncated portion; a motor configured to cause the shaft to rotate; an activating cam operatively connected to the supply roller; a microswitch operatively associated with the activating cam, the microswitch being configured to limit operation of the motor; a supporting plate engaged and disengaged by the retracting roller during operation, wherein the disengagement of the radiused portion from the supporting plate causes the supply roller to translate toward a wall of the apparatus; and at least one article of sheet material housed within the apparatus.
HANDS FREE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS FOR AIRCRAFT ENVIRONMENTS AND METHODS FOR OPERATING THE SAME
Aircraft, aircraft paper towel dispensers, and methods for operating aircraft paper towel dispensers are disclosed. An aircraft paper towel dispenser includes a cabinet housing that defines an inner volume and a housing aperture that is configured to allow a portion of paper towel to be dispensed outside of the cabinet housing. The cabinet housing also includes a vanity cover configured to transition between an open state in which the inner volume is accessible, and a closed state in which the inner volume is not accessible. The aircraft paper towel dispenser comprises each of a paper towel holder within the inner volume and configured to secure a supply of paper towel, and a drive mechanism positioned within the inner volume and configured to cause the portion of the paper towel to be dispensed from the inner volume to a region outside of the cabinet housing via the housing aperture.
PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS WITH PROJECTION SYSTEMS, SYSTEMS WITH THE SAME, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Paper towel dispensers having projection systems, systems including such paper towel dispensers, and methods for operating such paper towel dispensers are disclosed. A paper towel dispenser having a projection system comprises a paper towel holder configured to securely retain a supply of paper towel during use of the paper towel dispenser, and a dispensing mechanism configured to cause a portion of paper towel to be dispensed out of the paper towel dispenser. The paper towel dispenser also includes a projector configured to emit a quantity of light that strikes the portion of paper towel to create a projected image on the portion of paper towel when the portion of paper towel is dispensed out of the paper towel dispenser.
AUTOMATIC NAPKIN DISPENSER
The present application provides a napkin dispenser for dispensing a number of folded napkins from a sheet material to an end user. The napkin dispenser may include a loading station for loading the sheet material, a folding station for folding a napkin from the sheet material, and a presentation station for presenting one or more of the folded napkins to the end user.
Hands-free sheet product dispensers and related methods
The present disclosure provides a sheet product dispenser for dispensing individual sheets from a roll of perforated sheet product. The sheet product dispenser may include a housing, a roll support disposed within the housing and configured to rotatably support the roll of perforated sheet product, and a mechanical dispensing mechanism disposed within the housing and configured to guide and advance the sheet product during a dispense cycle, wherein the mechanical dispensing mechanism is further configured to mechanically synchronize the dispense cycle with perforation lines of the sheet product. The present disclosure also provides a sheet product dispenser for dispensing individual sheets from a roll of sheet product that may be non-perforated.
Electronic dispenser for flexible rolled sheet material
An electronic dispenser for dispensing flexible sheet material. A control circuit receives a plurality of signals and controls dispensing of the sheet material. A tear bar is mounted within the housing for severance of sheet material by the user. A pivotally mounted pawl member is located proximate to the tear bar such that movement of sheet material into the tear bar for severance pivots the pawl member from a first position to a second position. Movement of the pawl member to the second position causes a signal to be sent to notify the control circuit that the sheet material has been removed. The dispensing mechanism is operative in a first mode to be responsive to a signal from a proximity sensor to dispense a sheet of material, and is operative in a second mode to dispense a next sheet in response to the signal generated by movement of the pawl member to the second position in response to dispensed sheet material being removed from the dispenser.
Towel dispensers
A towel dispenser includes a housing mounted to a wall and defining an interior space for receiving toweling comprising a roll of towels, the interior space comprising a curved surface configured to receive the roll of towels in floating engagement therewith such that the roll of towels rolls and slides on the curved surface during unwinding of the roll of towels. The towel dispenser further includes a loading door configured to rotate relative to the main body, when the main body is mounted to a wall, between a closed position in which the loading door extends over a top of and closes off the interior space of the main body in which toweling is received, and an open position, in which the housing is configured to receive toweling therein without obstruction by the loading door, with the loading door extending upwardly above and over a top of the housing.
