A dispensing assembly is disclosed herein. The dispensing assembly includes a housing comprising a plurality of side panels that together define a compartment; a self-contained cartridge for dispensing a paper product, the self-contained cartridge being removably received in the compartment of the housing; and an actuation subassembly being disposed in the housing, the actuation subassembly configured to advance the paper product disposed in the self-contained cartridge.

A spindle assembly for supporting a web material roll in a web material dispenser, the web material roll having first and second extremities and defining a central cavity provided with a bushing toward the first extremity. The spindle assembly includes a bushing-engaging member having: a first dispenser mounting portion mountable to a first side of the dispenser, and a bushing-engaging portion sized and configured to fit at least partially in the bushing; and a spindle connection member having: a second dispenser mounting portion mountable to a second side of the dispenser, and a connecting portion removably mountable to the bushing-engaging member; thereby allowing use of the roll with the bushing in the dispenser. A dispenser for dispensing sheet products includes a housing configured to accommodate a stack of the sheet products and defines a dispensing opening, the housing having a housing body and a cover movably attached to the housing body so that the cover can be moved between an open refilling position and a closed use position, a support plate reciprocally movable within the housing body and having a support surface for supporting the stack of sheet products at one of opposite faces of the stack, a stop movable between an active position in which the stop cooperates with the support plate limiting the movability of the support plate within the housing in one direction and an inactive position, and a link movably mounted in the housing body and cooperating with the cover and the stop to move the stop into the active position upon moving the cover into the open refilling position.

There is provided a rolled product dispenser for dispensing a web of rolled product. The rolled product dispenser includes a housing, a dispensing assembly operationally connected to the housing and interacting with the web of the rolled product and a cutting assembly cooperating with the dispensing assembly to sever the web of rolled product. The cutting assembly includes at least two cutting blades, each one of the cutting blades having a first end and a second end. The first end is pivotally mounted and the second end is operationally connected to a guiding assembly for guiding the blade between a cutting position and a non-cutting position.

A towel dispenser includes a housing mounted to a wall and defining an interior space for receiving toweling comprising a roll of towels, the interior space comprising a curved surface configured to receive the roll of towels in floating engagement therewith such that the roll of towels rolls and slides on the curved surface during unwinding of the roll of towels. The towel dispenser further includes a loading door configured to rotate relative to the main body, when the main body is mounted to a wall, between a closed position in which the loading door extends over a top of and closes off the interior space of the main body in which toweling is received, and an open position, in which the housing is configured to receive toweling therein without obstruction by the loading door, with the loading door extending upwardly above and over a top of the housing.

Some example product dispensers that accommodate two full paper towel rolls are provided herein. The product dispenser may employ separate dispensing mechanisms for each product roll and may include roll holders that articulate out from the housing to facilitate easy loading and access to replacement and loading of the other product roll. A roll partition may be utilized to separate the web paths of the two product rolls and enable rotation of front roll holders. Example funnel covers and nip covers can aid with intuitive installation. Example roll holders with retention mechanisms help prevent unintentional dropping of the installed product roll. Other beneficial features include utilizing motor operation sensing to dispense a desired sheet length, automatic/assisted loading into the dispensing mechanism, automatic switching between dispensing of product rolls, and always dispensing from the smaller product roll first. Many other features/structures of example product dispensers are also described herein.

A door for a towel dispensing cabinet may be pivotable over an opening of a cavity. Frameworks may extend from a face of the door and define slots for stably receiving ends of a spindle assembly onto which a towel roll may be mounted. The frameworks may also include channels through which a shaft connecting the ends of the spindle assembly may be received to allow the spindle assembly to be received deeper into the slots. Towels may be dispensed from spindle assembly when stably received within the frameworks when the door is open. The door may be closed to position the spindle assembly within the cavity and seal the opening. The spindle assembly may also be removed from the frameworks for separate use when the door is open.

A towel dispenser includes a housing for receiving toweling. The housing includes a main body; a loading door that is configured to rotate relative to the main body between a closed position and an open position; and a guide system that includes a first roller attached to the main body and a second roller attached to the loading door. The towel dispenser may include a motor for driving dispensing of the toweling from the housing and an associated sensor. The towel dispenser can be mounted to an underside of a cabinet. In an aspect, the front wall of the main body and a lip of the loading door collectively define a gap to which the guiding system guides the toweling and through which towels are dispensed when the loading door is in the closed position.

A dispenser for dispensing portions of a continuous web of tissue from a tissue roll is disclosed. Further, the invention relates to a method for dispensing portions of a continuous web of tissue from a tissue roll. The dispenser comprises a first tissue roll position for receiving a tissue roll and a second tissue roll position for receiving a tissue roll; an output mechanism for supplying portions of tissue; a transfer mechanism for releasably holding and transferring an end of a tissue roll in the first tissue roll position to the output mechanism; wherein the transfer mechanism is adapted to transfer the end of the tissue roll in the first tissue roll position to the output mechanism when the second tissue roll position is empty.

The present invention is a toilet paper dispensing device having loading means located at an upper intake portion of the housing to permit introduction of paper rolls into the housing therefrom. Toilet paper rolls are stored and released into a lower compartment having locking means for rotatably engage a paper roll being used and releasable mounted within a lower dispensing portion of the housing to cooperatively permit a user to pull the paper from said paper roll being used; upon the toilet paper roll in use, a user can remove the empty roll using a door on the housing and actuate a lever to allow the next toilet paper roll in line to fall into the lower compartment and be held in place by hook members so a user can easily grab toilet paper from the lower compartment.
