Side-by-side tissue dispenser door restriction mechanism
A dispenser for storing and dispensing multiple rolls of sheet material is described. The rolls are held in place within the interior space of the housing by a pair of spindle holders. The housing front cover has an opening and a slidable door disposed therein to provide access to the rolls. A restricting member is movably coupled to the housing interior and biased to move in a direct towards an outmost winding of a roll. As the roll is dispensed, the restricting member moves out of the pathway of the door, eventually allowing a user to slide the door across the opening so that a second roll may be accessed.
SHEET PRODUCT DISPENSER
A sheet product dispenser includes a transfer bar, a roller assembly, a motor, a sensor, and a controller. The transfer bar is movable between first and second positions. The roller assembly, disposed proximate the transfer bar second position, has a drive roller and a pinch roller that define a nip. The motor is in operable communication with the transfer bar to move the transfer bar between the first and second positions. The sensor is in operable communication with the dispenser cover. The controller is in operable communication with the sensor and the motor, and is responsive to executable instructions to facilitate actuation of the motor in response to a signal from the sensor to cause the transfer bar to move between the first position and second positions. The transfer bar includes at least one finger that drives an end of a roll of sheet product towards the nip upon actuation of the transfer bar from the first position to the second position.
Toilet paper holder
Provided is a toilet paper holder that enables a user to easily pull out toilet paper from an accommodated large roll. In this toilet paper holder, a weight member 12 is caused to move upward by tension that is exerted on toilet paper 2a when the toilet paper 2a is pulled out from a paper cutter 15, and when the tension is released as a result of the paper cutter 15 cutting the toilet paper 2a, the weight member 12 moves downward under its own weight, so that the toilet paper 2a is pulled out from the roll case 10.
A Roller Assembly with Compliant Mechanisms
A roller assembly for a dispenser includes an elongated guide body and a pair of pressure roller supports. A plurality of compliant support arms couple the pair of pressure roller supports to the elongated guide body. A plurality of compliant support spring members are configured to couple a flapper bar to the elongated guide body.
A Variable Speed Dispenser
A dispenser for a roll of material includes a housing. A roll carrier is disposed within the housing. The roll carrier is configured for rotatably supporting a roll of web material for dispensing. A motor is disposed within the housing, and a spindle is also disposed within the housing. The spindle is configured for engaging the roll of web material between the roll carrier and a free end of the roll of web material. The dispenser also includes features for coupling a rotor of the motor to the spindle such that a rotational speed of the spindle increases from an initial speed to a maximum speed and then decreases to a final speed during dispensing of the roll of web material with the rotor of the motor rotating at a substantially constant rotational speed.
Dispenser with drop down feature and method
A dispenser is disclosed that facilitates loading of new rolls of material and the removal of empty cores. The dispenser includes a cradle roller spaced from a pair of abutment rollers. As a roll of material is dispensed, the diameter of the roll reduces causing the roll to drop from the cradle roller to a collection device. A transfer assembly pivots with the roll so that the sheet material continues to be dispensed from the dispenser without interruption. Once the roll of material drops to the collection device, a new roll of material can be loaded into the dispenser for automatic transfer to the new roll once the first roll of material has been completely depleted.
Loading and transfer system/assembly for sheet material dispensers
A sheet material dispenser can include a dispenser housing that supports one or more supplies of sheet material, and a feed roller configured to engage and feed the sheet material from the dispenser housing. The dispenser also can include a sheet material loading assembly including a cover that is rotatably connected the dispenser housing and movable between a closed position and an open position. The sheet material loading assembly further can include a roller that is rotatably connected to the cover and configured to be coupled to a portion of sheet material from one of the supplies, with the cover in its open position, and to press the portion of sheet material into engagement with the feed roller body, with the cover in its closed position, to initiate dispensing of the at least one supply from the dispenser.
DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR PAPER PRODUCTS
A dispensing assembly is disclosed herein. The dispensing assembly includes a housing comprising a plurality of side panels that together define a compartment; a self-contained cartridge for dispensing a paper product, the self-contained cartridge being removably received in the compartment of the housing; and an actuation subassembly being disposed in the housing, the actuation subassembly configured to advance the paper product disposed in the self-contained cartridge.
SHEET PRODUCT DISPENSER
Some example product dispensers that accommodate two full paper towel rolls are provided herein. The product dispenser may employ separate dispensing mechanisms for each product roll and may include roll holders that articulate out from the housing to facilitate easy loading and access to replacement and loading of the other product roll. A roll partition may be utilized to separate the web paths of the two product rolls and enable rotation of front roll holders. Example funnel covers and nip covers can aid with intuitive installation. Example roll holders with retention mechanisms help prevent unintentional dropping of the installed product roll. Other beneficial features include utilizing motor operation sensing to dispense a desired sheet length, automatic/assisted loading into the dispensing mechanism, automatic switching between dispensing of product rolls, and always dispensing from the smaller product roll first. Many other features/structures of example product dispensers are also described herein.
