The toilet paper stand shaft is extended upward from the base. The toilet paper stand shaft includes a lower shaft end; and an upper shaft end. The lower shaft end is connected to the base. The toilet paper stand head includes a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end is horizontally connected to the upper shaft end of the toilet paper stand shaft. The cleansing solution reservoir is placed within the toilet paper stand head. The toilet paper holder is laterally extended from the toilet paper stand shaft to hold a roll of toilet paper. The toilet paper holder is laterally extended from the toilet paper stand shaft. The cleansing solution dispensing pump is located within the toilet paper stand head and connected to the cleansing solution reservoir. The dispenser is configured to dispense a cleansing solution through the cleansing solution dispensing pump. The motion sensors are connected to the dispenser to provide a touchless dispense of the cleansing solution. The cleansing solution dispensing pump dispenses the cleaning solution stored in the cleansing solution reservoir from the dispenser.

The toilet paper holder (140) is laterally extended from the toilet paper stand shaft (102). The dispenser (104) dispenses a cleansing solution through the cleansing solution dispensing pump (150). The cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) is located at the base (110) near the cleansing solution reservoir (120). The motion sensors (204) are located on the upper shaft end (102b) and connected with the dispenser (104) to provide a touchless dispense of the cleansing solution. The batteries are configured to power the cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) to provide pressure on the cleansing solution in the cleansing solution delivery tube (160) to dispense the cleaning solution stored in the cleansing solution reservoir (120) from the dispenser (104).

The baseplate includes one or more telescopic arms extending therefrom. The telescopic arms can be extended or retracted in length so as to hold a desired number of toilet paper rolls thereon. In embodiments having several arms, the arms are substantially parallel to one another and are separated by a space. The telescopic arms can be removably secured to the baseplate via a threaded connection. In this way, the toilet paper holding device allows a user to store a number of toilet paper rolls in an organized manner.

A tissue dispenser includes: (a) a housing and cover that attach together and form an interior region for holding multiple tissue rolls and a dispenser opening for dispensing tissue from the dispenser interior; (b) a first roll holder located within the interior region, the first roll holder comprising a first back panel and a first mandrel extending from the first back panel, the first back panel is constructed to rotate, relative to the housing, between a locked position and an unlocked position, and the first mandrel is constructed to receive a first tissue roll; (c) a second roll holder located within the interior region, the second roll holder comprising a second back panel and second mandrel extending from the second back panel, the second back panel is constructed to rotate relative to the housing, between a locked position and an unlocked position, and the second mandrel is constructed to receive a second tissue roll; and (d) a door constructed to move within the dispenser opening between a first position and a second position so that when the door is provided in the first position, tissue can be dispensed from the first tissue roll provided on the first mandrel, and when the door is provided in the second position, tissue can be dispensed from the second tissue roll positioned on the second mandrel, wherein the door is constructed so that when the door is provided in either the first position or the second position and tissue is dispensing from either the first roll or the second roll, then the door is unable to move to the other of the first position or the second position until the tissue being dispensed is exhausted. A method for dispensing tissue is provided.

The spindle comprises two elongated housings slideably coupled together, and a spring disposed there between. The first housing has a hallow interior portion and a side opening that provides access to the interior. The second housing has at least three sections with different diameters. The first section has a diameter that fits into the hollow interior of the first housing, but is too large to exit the side opening. The second section has a diameter smaller than the side opening. The third section has a diameter larger than the side opening. In this manner, first housing slides with respect to second housing along the length of the second section of second housing. The spring is disposed in the hallow interior, causing the spindle to expand.
