Bucket Lid for Auxiliary Cyclone Dust Collector
A bucket lid for a cyclone dust collector is configured to fit onto a standard pail or bucket, with a circumferential rim forming an outer edge of the lid, a central mounting disk onto which the cyclone is mounted, and a series of baffles extending circumferentially around the lid between the mounting disk and the rim. These baffles extend downward into the bucket to interfere with swirl in the bucket from dust discharged from the cyclone. The baffles may be radial ribs alternating with ramped coffers. The lid may be formed of anti-static polypropylene.
WET-DRY VACUUM AND LID SYSTEM THEREFOR
A lid system for a wet-dry vacuum includes a lid shaped to cover an open end of a container and having a vacuum opening therethrough, and a hatch that engages the lid to cover and seal the vacuum opening when in a closed position and disengages from the lid in an open position to uncover the vacuum opening. A vacuum generator is mounted on the hatch, and a flanged filter is mounted on the lid and extends through the vacuum opening such that the flange supports the filter on the lid. When the hatch is in the closed position, the hatch compresses the flange against the lid to form an airtight seal between with the upper surface of the lid, and the vacuum generator communicates with the interior of the container. When the hatch is in the open position, the filter is insertable into and removable from the vacuum opening.
Dust container for a vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner dust container having a dust bag, made of an air permeable material, and a connector plate, surrounding an opening in the dust bag. The connector plate is configured by the connector plate being slid into a holder of a vacuum cleaner to correctly position the opening therein. The connector plate has a central portion surrounding the opening, and an extending portion projecting from the central portion. The extending portion has a lower bending stiffness than the central portion about an axis perpendicular to the direction in which it is inserted. Thereby extending portion can be bent out of the plane of the central portion and into a curvature without bending the central portion, which facilitates fitting the connector plate in a vacuum cleaner canister with curved inner walls.
FILTERING DEVICES FOR EVACUATION STATIONS
A bag-based filtering device for collecting debris from a cleaning robot via a debris evacuation station includes a filter bag configured to separate at least the portion of the evacuated debris from a flow of air generated by the evacuation station. The filtering device includes a conduit extending inward from an opening of the filter bag into the receptacle. The conduit is configured to pneumatically connect a receptacle of the filtering device with an inlet of the filtering device to direct the flow of air generated by the evacuation station through the filter bag to separate at least the portion of the evacuated debris from the flow of air.
Station
A station for a cleaning device is provided. The station includes an accommodation chamber configured to be docked with the dust canister, a housing configured to have a dust bag disposed therein, a cover configured to open and close one region of the housing, a holder configured to be detachable to the dust bag and selectively communicate the dust bag with the accommodation chamber, and a lever configured to have one end disposed in one region of the housing and rotate in a first direction to selectively interfere with the cover. The lever rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction to close the cover based on the dust bag being mounted on the holder and in communication with the accommodation chamber.
Connector plate for a vacuum cleaner dust container and a dust container
A vacuum cleaner dust container connector plate having a front surface having an opening for an airflow, a first side surface adapted to be inserted into holder of a vacuum cleaner, a second opposite side surface, the second side surface is arranged closer to the opening than the first side surface, a third side surface connecting the first and second side surfaces, and a forth side surface connecting the first and second side surfaces. The connector plate also comprises a flexible zone arranged between the opening and the first surface.
Vacuum cleaner with disposable dirt collector
A vacuum cleaner includes a power head, a dirt collector, and an attachment plate. The power head includes an inlet, an outlet, and a suction source. The suction source is operable to draw air in through the inlet. The dirt collector includes a first wall that at least partially defines an internal volume. The first wall includes an opening that communicates between the internal volume and an external environment. The attachment plate removably couples the power head to the dirt collector. The attachment plate is coupled to the first wall of the dirt collector adjacent the opening and between the suction source and the dirt collector. The attachment plate includes an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The inlet opening and the outlet opening communicate between the internal volume and the external environment. The dirt collector is configured to be discarded.
WET AND DRY VACUUM BAG WITH CLOSURE SEAL AND RETAINING CLAMP
A vacuum filter bag includes an inlet flange and gasket, a clamp positioned adjacent the inlet flange, and a plug. The clamp is operable to engage the inlet port of a canister vacuum when the filter bag is mounted in the vacuum and keeps the filter bag securely attached to the vacuum inlet. The clamp is also operable to engage the plug and keep the plug in place to close the filter bag inlet after use of the bag. The filter bag reduces user exposure to dust and debris captured with a canister vacuum.
Vacuum cleaner
Embodiments are directed to a vacuum cleaner and removably attachable filter. The filter is configured to separate debris from a flow of fluid drawn through the suction inlet. The filter includes a housing forming a first volume and a filter media forming a second inner volume. The filter media is coupled to the housing such that the first and second inner volumes together at least partially define a collection container configured to store debris separated by the filter media from the flow of fluid. The filter further includes an inlet opening that extends through the housing to provide fluid communication into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container and a relatively clean flow of fluid exits through the filter media.
