Cleaning sheet
11382482 · 2022-07-12 · ·

A cleaning sheet that is replaceably attached to a flat head section of a cleaning tool; forms a cleaning surface covering the bottom surface of the head section; is bent along a longitudinal edge of the head section and locked to the upper surface of the head section; and has an embossed section having a sheet compressed in the thickness direction and an uncompressed non-embossed section that are arranged alternately along a bent section bent along the longitudinal edge. As a result, a cleaning sheet can be provided that maintains sheet strength and has excellent collection properties.

Cleaner sheet, layered body of cleaner sheet, cleaning tool, and method for producing cleaner sheet

Provided is, for example, a cleaner sheet including: a cleaning surface that is configured to be brought into sliding contact with a surface of an object to be cleaned. The cleaning surface has unevenness, and includes projections respectively having distal ends configured to be in sliding contact with the object to be cleaned when in use. The projections are constituted by a member formed to have the projections arranged at intervals from each other in a plane direction of the cleaning surface. The member has a hardness of 0.4 MPa or more measured by a nano-indentation method. The cleaning surface further includes adhesive recesses that have higher adhesive force than that of the member and are exposed on the cleaning surface.

MOP HEAD BACKER PLATE

A mop head assembly includes a backer plate and one or more rods provided on the backer plate. The rods are provided to maintain the shape of the plate, with a planar cleaning surface geometry, and to further resist warping of the plate.

Dust mop head for use with mop frames including beveled dust mop frame

A dust mop frame that includes an elongate body member having a first elongate face and an opposed second elongate face. The elongate body member includes a central body region and at least one projection. The at least one projection has a first region that is connected to the planar central body region, a central region extending angularly outward from the first region at an orientation parallel to the longitudinal axis and an outer terminal edge. The outer terminal edge of the projection is oriented upward relative to the second elongate face of the central body region when the dust mop frame is in the use position. The dust mop also includes at least one handle attachment member connected to the first elongate face; and at least one mop head bundle attachment mechanism connected to the second elongate face.

Wetting device for flat mops
11284771 · 2022-03-29 · ·

A wetting device for flat mops includes a mechanical elevator that contains a contact structure, brackets, and plastic slide bars. The brackets lift the transfer plate away from the lower end of the wetting device if the contact structure is pressed towards the lower end. Each bracket is connected to at least one plastic side bar. The plastic slide bars move apart from each other when the transfer plate lifts away from the lower end. The transfer plate lies upon the plastic slide bars during movement of the plastic slide bars apart from each other. Each plastic slide bar has a length that is at least five times larger than its maximum width and is detachable from its corresponding bracket. The contact structure is a flat metal framework of connected struts. Also disclosed is a cleaning trolley with the wetting device.

A wipe system is provided that is comprised of an inner portion sealed within an outer portion before use. The inner portion, which is used for cleaning, for example, may be wetted or saturated with a disinfecting fluid. Removal of an edge associated with the outer portion allows it to be opened to expose the inner portion. The wipe remains interconnected to the outer portion during use so that an opposite side of the outer portion is the only surface in contact with the user's hand.
