Cordless hair dryer with ionizing solution
A hair dryer with an ionizing solution provides a translucent reservoir which contains an ionized solution. The hair dryer heats the solution into a vapor, and may then be used to apply the ionized vapor to a salon client's hair while styling it, to prevent brittleness, damage, and split ends. In one embodiment a cradle is provided for recharging a handheld hair dryer and storing various attachments which are ready for immediate use. When separated from the handheld hair dryer, the cradle transfers electric power to the hair dryer via resonant inductive coupling, creating an oscillating magnetic field which is converted to electric power by components within the hair dryer. A second embodiment provides a standing hair dryer. The hair dryer also provides wireless internet and power outlets for mobile electronic devices.

Device for treating the hair comprising a laterally inserting refill
The invention relates to a device for treating the hair including a first and a second arm connected together by a joint and able to move with respect to one another between a closed configuration for treating the hair and a spread configuration for engaging between them the hairs to be treated. The device also includes a refill including a body having a housing, a member for applying a cosmetic product received in the housing. The refill includes at least one first mounting means engaging with at least one second mounting means of the first arm, in such a way that the assembly of the first and second mounting means is performed by moving the first mounting means along an axis (Y) substantially parallel to the joint, relative to the second mounting means.

Hair Styling Appliance With Moisture Application
A hair appliance in which the axis of air flow through the appliance is generally in a parallel first direction through one end of the appliance and the handle and then exits the hair appliance in a direction perpendicular to the first direction. The air flow through the handle is not heated. Thus, special heat resistance and/or heat shielding materials are not required in the handle. In this manner, the handle may be sized in a manner that ergonomically fits a user's hand. Further, moisture may be provided from the hair appliance. The moisture may be directed towards a user's hair by a negative pressure that results from the heated air flows proximate the moisture region. In one embodiment, the moisture generation unit may be an ultrasonic vibration unit using a piezoelectric vibrator. In one embodiment, the hair styling appliance may be a paddle dryer.
