Suture storage devices, systems, and methods
Devices, systems, and methods are provided for managing suture filaments when performing soft tissue repair. One exemplary embodiment of a surgical suture management device is in the form of a suture loop management card. The card can generally be configured to hold open a collapsible loop of suture until a force applied to the loop is greater than a threshold tension. The card can include a number of different features that help to keep the loop open until the threshold tension is achieved, including features designed to prevent the filament from being mistakenly offloaded. The card can be configured to be removably inserted into a handle of an inserter tool for use as a surgical tissue repair system. Other devices, systems, and methods for performing soft tissue repair are also provided.
SUTURING KIT
A suturing kit includes a needle, a suture, a suturing device, a surgical patch and a sealed package. The suture attaches to the needle. The suturing device includes a portion configured to be inserted into a patient during a surgical procedure, a needle holder configured to receive the needle in a retracted position and at least one actuator configured to drive the needle in an advance direction toward a released condition. The surgical patch includes an opening large enough to receive either at least a portion of the needle holder adjacent a distal tip of the needle holder or the needle. The sealed package contains the needle, the suture, the suturing device and the surgical patch.
LAPAROSCOPIC SUTURING DEVICES, NEEDLES, SUTURES, AND DRIVE SYSTEMS
Devices are provided for a suturing device used during laparoscopic surgical procedures. A suturing needle includes a shaft forming a rod axis; a curved body having a piercing tip at a first end and a base at a second end; and an arm extending radially from the shaft to the base of the curved body such that the curved body is positioned in a plane orthogonal to the rod axis of the shaft and rotatable about the shaft in the plane orthogonal to the rod axis. The suturing device includes a housing, a suturing needle, one or more sutures, a suture magazine configured to hold the one or more sutures, and a drive system, whereby the drive system may actuate the suturing needle to rotate in the plane orthogonal to the drive system, allowing the suturing needle to drive in to and out of tissue to apply a suture.

SELF-LOCKING TISSUE CINCHING SUTURE SYSTEM
A suture implant can include one or more suture cords having: a splice; a first free end extending from a first end of the at least one splice; an adjustable first loop extending from a second end of the at least one splice; a second free end extending from a first end of the at least one splice; a needled second loop having a cord portion extending from the first end of the at least one splice; a needle on the needled second loop; and an adjustable third loop extending from a second end of the at least one splice that has the second free end extending from the first end, wherein the second free end is connected to the adjustable third loop, wherein the adjustable first loop and adjustable third loop are interconnected and looped around each other.

Device and system for hernia repair
A suture device comprises a needle (5) which is movable between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration and a drive for rotating the needle between the retracted and extended configurations. The drive comprises an axle (18) which is rotated by a rack (12) and pinion (10) system.
Apparatus and Methods for Loading a Closing Device
A method and apparatus are disclosed for loading a closing device onto a delivery device at the point of use and for using the apparatus for treating the intervertebral disc. The apparatus includes a cartridge for loading a closing device onto a delivery device at the point of use, the cartridge comprising a tab holding feature for holding one or more tabs of the closing device and a tab loading feature for loading tabs onto the delivery device. A method of treating an intervertebral disc includes the steps of loading a closing device into a delivery device at the point of use, the closing device comprising at least two tabs coupled to a connecting element, and substantially approximating a defect in the intervertebral disc using the closing device delivered by the delivery device.
Apparatus and Methods for Loading a Closing Device
A method and apparatus are disclosed for loading a closing device onto a delivery device at the point of use. The apparatus may include a cartridge comprising an anchor holding feature for holding one or more anchors of the closing device; and an anchor loading feature for loading the one or more anchors onto the delivery device. The anchors may include tabs such as suture tabs. Embodiments of methods of loading the closing device onto a delivery device at the point of use are also disclosed.
Bone fixation tool
Various embodiments of the present disclosure include a tool for stabilizing a fractured bone. The tool comprises a barrel having a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end of the barrel includes a passageway for receiving a bone pin configured to be driven into the fractured bone to stabilize the fractured bone. The passageway is sized to accommodate axial movement of the bone pin through the passageway while limiting radial movement of the bone pin in the passageway. The tool further comprises a piston having a proximal end and a distal end and configured to translate axially relative to the barrel. The proximal end of the piston includes a head and the distal end of the piston includes a needle formation, the needle formation being sized for receipt within the passageway of the barrel to drive the bone pin axially from the barrel and into the fractured bone.
