An intraluminal device may be used at a bifurcation to anchor in an afferent vessel, allow perfusion to efferent vessels, and act as scaffolding to inhibit herniation of objects out of a neck of a bifurcation aneurysm. An intraluminal device may include a first side; a second side opposite the first side across a longitudinal axis of the intraluminal device; a proximal section configured to anchor in an afferent vessel; a distal section comprising a first wing and a second wing wherein, in an expanded state, the first wing extends from the first side to the second side and the second wing extends from the second side, through an opening of the first wing, and to the first side.

PREOPERATIVE DETECTION METHOD AND A POSTOPERATIVE DETECTION METHOD FOR NEUROMAPPING

The present application provides a preoperative detection method and a postoperative detection method for neuromapping, comprising releasing an electrical signal towards the renal artery blood vessel on one lateral side of the body of the patient by the electrode element; monitoring a heart rate by an electrocardiogram monitoring module, and monitoring a blood pressure change in said another renal artery blood vessel on the other lateral side of the body of the patient by the pressure sensor, and determining a nerve activity degree of the patient by judging whether the heart rate and the blood pressure change reach certain thresholds and making determinations in relation to the nerve activity degree so as to screen out the patients with an overactive sympathetic nerve, and a surgical effect of a denervation surgery can also be evaluated before or after the surgery, and can be used to determine whether to perform an ultrasonic ablation again.

An embolic device deployment system includes a catheter having a first lumen and proximal and distal ends. A notch is disposed in the first lumen, forming a second lumen. An embolic device has a retaining ring at the proximal end. An engagement member includes a distal loop extending through the retaining ring, and a proximal loop extending into the first lumen. An elongated detachment member can be disposed through the loops and have a detachment member bump disposed between the loops. When the detachment member is disposed within the distal loop and the distal loop is disposed within the retaining ring, the embolic device is engaged. When the detachment member is pulled proximally, the detachment member is withdrawn from the distal loop, and the detachment member bump contacts the proximal loop. These acts assist in the disengagement of the distal loop from the retaining ring to release the embolic device.

Left atrial occlusion devices and methods of occluding a left atrial appendage. The left atrial occlusion devices can be carried by a flexible elongate member, have an inflatable member, and have a plurality of flexible elongate implant members forming a distally open cage configuration when expanded. The implant members have a flexible format to allow them to conform to the anatomy of the left atrial appendage. The distal ends of the flexible elongate member can optionally be atraumatic.

Endovascular device configured for selective narrowing

An endovascular device, including an elongated flexible sheath defining a lumen with an inner opening sized for enabling selective advancement of an endovascular instrument therethrough, the sheath having at least a first region and a second region; an electrode within the first region of the sheath; and a constrictor associated with the first region of the sheath, the constrictor being configured, while at least the first region and the second region of the sheath are positioned within a body and in response to an input received from outside the body, to reversibly narrow the lumen of the sheath in an area adjacent the electrode to thereby bring the electrode into contact with an adjacent portion of the endovascular instrument.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FILLING AN ANEURYSM OR BODY CAVITY
