A conditioning and styling reactivated hair device is an apparatus which can be used to spray formulations to condition, style, reactivate, and/or refresh hair, stimulate the scalp, and help detangle hair. The apparatus includes a handheld grip, a detachable panel, a nebulizing mechanism, a vibration mechanism, and a control system. The handheld grip serves as the base for the apparatus which can be ergonomically held by one hand. Further, the handheld grip includes a palm-bearing surface and an interfacing surface. The detachable panel covers the internal structure of the handheld grip and supports external hair styling aids. The detachable panel further comprises a back plate and a flow guide. The nebulizing mechanism dispenses spray formulations stored within the handheld grip. The vibration mechanism generates physical vibrations for stimulating purposes as well as to aid in dispensing spray formulations. The control system enables the semi-automatic operation of the apparatus by users.

Furthermore, at least one first tooth (10) of the first comb body (1) comprises at least one first hair-dividing element (11) for dividing hair into hair strands, the at least one first hair-dividing element (11) being immovably fixed to the at least one first tooth (10) and/or the at least one second tooth (20) of the second comb body (2) comprises at least one second hair-dividing element (21) for dividing hair into hair strands, the at least one second hair-dividing element (21) immovably being fixed to the at least second tooth (20).

When closed, pliable button is depressed to control the amount of infusion fluid to be dispensed. Comb head comprises a peripheral channel that slides into peripheral groove on the comb handle, a hair parting prong, and a surface with holes that accommodate the pliable caps on the underside of comb handle, shallow bristles, short comb teeth, and long comb teeth with shallow bristles, short comb teeth, and long comb teeth forming three layers of the TLICS.

A tine of the plurality of tines can be configured to dispense a fluid formula to a region of a biological surface via at least one fluid conduit. The diagnostic formula applicator can include hair diagnostic circuitry operably coupled to the fluid dispensing assembly. The diagnostic circuitry can be configured to actuate the fluid dispensing assembly to deliver the fluid formula via the at least one fluid conduit, responsive to determining a user-specific hair cosmetic aspect from hair and scalp sensor information.

A personal care system having a treatment device for applying a treatment to the skin or hair of a user is provided. The treatment device has a camera for taking an image of the skin. The system may include or be in communication with an application programming interface (API) that can process the image. The system or an associated API can recommend the use of treatment regimens or topical products according to information determined from the digital image of the skin.
