Application system for applying a product to hair
An applicator for applying a product to hair, especially a hair colouring product, including: at least one first row of teeth extending longitudinally over a distance l.sub.1, from a first application face of the applicator; and a plurality of second rows of teeth, extending longitudinally over a distance l.sub.1, from a second application face of the applicator, which is arranged opposite the first application face, the ratio l.sub.1/l.sub.2 being lower than or equal to 0.75.

CONTROLLABLE BRUSH
Controllable brush, comprising a bristle carrier (BC) having a plurality of bristles (B), and a supplementary carrier (SC) having a plurality of protrusions (P), a distance (d) between the supplementary carrier (SC) and the bristle carrier (BC) being modifiable, whereby decreasing the distance (d) results in the protrusions (P) being inserted through the bristle carrier (BC). Decreasing the distance (d) results in the protrusions (P) being inserted inside the bristles (B). Alternatively, decreasing the distance (d) results in the protrusions (P) being inserted between the bristles (B). The controllable brush may further comprise an actuator for modifying the distance (d), and a control unit for controlling the actuator in response to a sensor output. The sensor may be arranged for measuring a force experienced by the brush. Alternatively, the sensor may be a camera of a smartphone.
Haircutting aid
A haircutting aid adapted to measure a predetermined length and inclination of hair and firmly hold the specific measured portion of hair for precise haircut, is disclosed. The haircutting aid comprises a handle member, at least two stationary combs disposed at a proximal end of the handle member, at least one movable comb disposed parallel to at least one stationary comb, at a distal end of the handle member, and a thumb hole disposed at the handle member to manipulate the at least one movable comb relative to the at least one stationary comb, to allow to engage and measure the length and inclination of a hair need to be cut. Further, a switch is disposed at the handle member to lock the movable comb on engaging the length of hair.

Comb cleaning adapter and methods of use thereof
The disclosure relates in general to a comb cleaning adaptor. Specifically, the disclosure relates to an adapter for a comb, or an adapter integrated with a comb, operating between a retracted and extended positions, configured to be reversibly coupled to the comb allowing its removal and reciprocally articulate a cleaning head along the comb's teeth such that at the retracted position, the adapter is still coupled to the comb but does not interfere with the combing activity.

Self cleaning brush with hair collection
A grooming device with a self-cleaning and hair collecting features which allow the grooming apparatus to eject any hairs collected in the bristles or tines of the apparatus and collect the ejected hairs until it is convenient to dispose of the hair without having to touch the hair. The grooming device has a grooming section, a handle, a hair ejection device, and a hair collection device. The user will use the grooming device until it is full of hair, and then actuate the ejection device and collection device, which will trap the hairs until the uses releases the hair over a disposal container.

Hair comb
There is provided a hair comb. The comb has a utility member made of a first polymeric material for engaging hair and scalp of a user in use and a splint portion made of a second material for providing rigidity to the utility member and to act as a handle for user's grip. The splint member is substantially stiffer than the utility member, wherein the splint member has a flexural strength of at least 40 Mpa and a hardness of at least Shore D 75, and the first polymeric material is selected from a group selected from thermoplastics polyester elastomer (TPE-E), polyether block amide copolymer (TPE-A), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE).
