There is provided a frame unit (10, 30, 60, 70) for use in a hair clipping system. The frame unit comprises a frame (110, 310, 610, 710); a first ear portion (120, 320, 620, 720) for supporting the frame at the first ear of the subject; at least one of a nose portion (140, 340, 640, 740) for supporting the frame on the nose of the subject and a second ear portion (130, 330, 630) for supporting the frame at the second ear of the subject. The frame interconnects the first ear portion and the at least one of the nose portion and the second ear portion. Also, the frame extends below a line interconnecting the first ear portion and the at least one of the nose portion and the second ear portion while in use on a subject so as to enable access to the side of the face of the subject by a hair clipping unit.

There is provided a frame unit (10, 30, 60, 70) for use in a hair clipping system. An apparatus to aid in the grooming of facial hair, said apparatus comprising a symmetrical template and an alignment system consisting of several markings on the template's exterior. The template contours to fit the user's face, covering facial hair in a pre-determined pattern to prevent it from being cut or trimmed during shaving. The alignment system is positioned so that the user can rest the external markings upon the bridge of their nose and their philtrum, allowing the user to center the apparatus symmetrically on their face when in use. The apparatus can be operated by one hand, leaving the other hand free. When used in conjunction with an outlining pencil, razor trimmer, and/or similar grooming tool, the apparatus allows for the creation of neat, smooth edges along the perimeter of the user's facial hair.

A self hair-cutting device is disclosed herein. The self hair-cutting device includes a pair of earpieces, the pair of earpieces configured to support the self hair-cutting device from the ears of a user; a pair of side guide members, each of the pair of side guide members coupled to a respective one of the pair of earpieces, and each of the pair of side guide members configured to form a side cutting guide for trimming a side hair line on opposed sides of the neck of the user; and at least one bottom guide member coupled to the pair of side guide members, the at least one bottom guide member configured to form a lower cutting guide for trimming a rear hair line of the user. One or more components of the self hair-cutting device are adjustable relative to one another to accommodate varying head geometries of different users.

A self hair-cutting device is disclosed herein. The self hair-cutting device includes a pair of earpieces, the pair of earpieces configured to support the self hair-cutting device from the ears of a user; a pair of side guide members, each of the pair of side guide members coupled to a respective one of the pair of earpieces, and each of the pair of side guide members configured to form a side cutting guide for trimming a side hair line on opposed sides of the neck of the user; and at least one bottom guide member coupled to the pair of side guide members, the at least one bottom guide member configured to form a lower cutting guide for trimming a rear hair line of the user. A hair cutting appliance is configured to be moved through hair in a moving direction in order to cut hair. The hair cutting appliance includes a housing portion, a blade set having a skin-facing top surface, and a releasable attachment comb. The blade set is arranged pivotably with respect to the housing portion. The attachment comb includes a supporting frame, at least one spacing guard element configured to space the blade set from a working surface when in operation, a mounting portion configured to be attached to a housing portion of the hair cutting appliance, and an orientation determining portion configured to engage the blade set and to define a locking orientation of the blade set when mounted to the hair cutting appliance.

An intelligent head cover includes: multiple sensors, a hairstyle processing component and a controller; where the multiple sensors are configured to acquire sensory data related to a user, the controller is configured to control the hairstyle processing component to perform a hairstyle processing action based on a control instruction. The control instruction is generated based on the sensory data.

A guide device for trimming a person's beard includes a rigid body having a mouth anchor aperture through a proximal side and an open distal side covered by an attachable body cover that includes a threaded aperture therethrough for receiving a threaded tightening knob. A mouth piece anchor is adapted for fixing with a mouth piece rotation plate within the body. A mouth piece has a proximal end adapted for gripping with the person's mouth, and a distal end adapted for pivotally fixing with the mouth piece anchor. Left and right frames each have an inner side adapted for fixing with a frame clamp, and an outer side adapted for fixing with a shaving guide. In use, the knob is tightened to fix the mouthpiece and the frames in place. The person then holds the mouthpiece in his mouth to position the guide device on his face while shaving.

In use, the knob is tightened to fix the mouthpiece and the frames in place. The person then holds the mouthpiece in his mouth to position the guide device on his face while shaving.
