COMBINED HYSTEROSCOPIC INSTRUMENT OPERATION PROPELLER
The present application disclosed a combined hysteroscope instrument operation propeller, which includes a propelling body that can be attached to the hysteroscope body, the instrument can smoothly pass through the blind areas such as the vagina and cervical canal along the hysteroscope body that has already entered with the help of the sheath on the propelling body, and can be operated continuously and flexibly after being sent into the uterus. The present application is beneficial for doctors to quickly, accurately and non-invasively send the treatment instrument into the uterus, which not only reduces the treatment cost, but also achieves a good treatment effect.
Circular catheter with non-circular shaping wire
A catheter has a body including a proximal region, a neck region, and a distal region. A shaping wire is disposed within the distal region to predispose it into at least a partial loop, which may have a fixed or variable radius of curvature. The shaping wire includes a distal portion having a circular transverse cross-sectional shape and a proximal portion having a non-circular (e.g., rectangular) transverse cross-sectional shape. The proximal portion of the shaping wire can have a width-to-thickness ratio of at least about 4, such as about 4.67. A transition portion can promote a gradual transition from the circular to the non-circular transverse cross-sectional shape, for example by increasing a width of the shaping wire by about 0.001″ and/or by decreasing a thickness of the shaping wire by about 0.001″ for every about 0.004″ in length through the transition portion.
Ablation catheter having a shape memory stylet
An ablation apparatus for creating a lesion in target tissue, the ablation apparatus having an ablation shaft including a handle, a first portion, an ablation portion, distal tip, at least one ablation energy delivery lumen, at least one ablation energy return lumen, and a stylet lumen that extends substantially along a length of the ablation shaft from the handle to at least the ablation portion. The ablation apparatus also includes a stylet that is capable of being inserted into the stylet lumen where the stylet is made of a shape-memory material.
HEMOSTASIS METHODS AND APPARATUSES
A probe is configured with a flushing port and an evacuation port to establish a flow path to remove blood from a resected tissue. The probe comprises a balloon configured to expand and contact the resected tissue to compress filaments and improve access to the underlying blood vessels for coagulation with an energy source. An endoscope can be used to view the tissue, and the balloon may comprise a transparent material or a viewing port to allow imaging of the bleeding tissue through the balloon. The probe may have a light source to illuminate the tissue with a beam oriented at an oblique angle to the tissue surface, which can decrease interference from blood and may allow more localized coagulation of the blood vessel.
Cardiac pulsed field ablation
A method for ablating tissue by applying at least one pulse train of pulsed-field energy. The method includes delivering a pulse train of energy having a predetermined frequency to cardiac tissue, the pulse train including at least 60 pulses, an inter-phase delay between 0 μs and 5 μs, an inter-pulse delay of at least 5 μs, and a pulse width of 5 μs.
Systems and methods for therapeutic nasal neuromodulation
The invention generally relates to systems and methods for therapeutically modulating nerves in or associated with a nasal region of a patient for the treatment of a rhinosinusitis condition.
INTRALUMINAL MICRONEUROGRAPHY DENERVATION PROBE WITH RADIO FREQUECY ABLATION
An intraluminal microneurography probe has a probe body configured to be introduced into an artery near an organ of a body without preventing the flow of blood through the artery. An expandable sense electrode and an expandable stimulation electrode are fixed to the probe body at one end of each electrode such that movement of the other end toward the fixed end causes the sense electrode to expand from the probe body toward a wall of the artery. A ground electrode is configured to couple to the body, and a plurality of electrical connections are operable to electrically couple the electrodes to electrical circuitry. The sense electrode is operable to measure sympathetic nerve activity in response to excitation of the stimulation electrode. A radio frequency ablation element is located between the expandable sense electrode and expandable stimulation electrode, and is operable to ablate nerves proximate to the artery.
Papillotome for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy
A papillotome for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy including a front opening located in a free end region of a catheter and at the outlet of a first lumen, a rear opening further from a free end than the front opening and connects the first lumen to the outside, and a cutting wire located in the first lumen in an axially displaceable manner and extends through the front opening and the rear opening and is located on the outside between the front opening and the rear opening. When the cutting wire is tensioned, the free end region is deformed in an arc shape and the cutting wire forms a transversely extending cutting edge between the front opening and the rear opening. The front opening is arranged at a distance of at least 3 mm from the free end. A projection is formed between the free end and the front opening. A cutting tip is formed at the free end of the catheter. The cutting tip is connected to the cutting wire and forms the foremost end of the papillotome.
ELECTROSURGICAL HANDHELD DEVICE, AND CONTACT BODY FOR AN ELECTROSURGICAL HANDHELD DEVICE
An electrosurgical handheld device and also a contact body for an electrosurgical handheld device, with which both the required cleanliness and the necessary safety can be obtained. This is achieved by the fact that a contact body for an electrosurgical handheld device for receiving an optical guide and for coupling at least one electrical contact of an electrode instrument of the handheld device has an RF cable, which is fixedly connected to the contact body. By way of this RF cable, an RF voltage can be applied to the electrode instrument via the at least one electrical contact. The other end of the RF cable can be connectable to an RF generator.
Device with loop electrodes for treatment of menorrhagia
A medical device that has a first array of loop electrodes and a second array of loop electrodes. The first array of loop electrodes and the second array of loop electrodes are configured to expand within a uterus and deliver a therapy current to tissue defining the uterus.
