ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides an electrode assembly wherein an electrically conductive material is configured to extend into an insulating moulding via an opening in a wall of said moulding to electrically contact an active tip placed into the insulating moulding and thereby retain the active electrode therein, such that the height and space required to anchor the active electrode within the moulding is greatly reduced while still providing the necessary retention strength and electrical connection. As such, the electrode assembly retains and connects the active tip with a conductive element that is mounted within the insulating moulding.

The electrode frame is a corrugated electrode frame consisting of one or more corrugations, where one or more electrodes (2) respectively are distributed on the corrugations. The rear sections of the wall-attaching adjustment wires (6, 6A, 6B, 6A′, and 6B′) are slidably provided within one lumen of the connecting catheter and are connected at the rear extremities (60) onto a control element (22) provided on the control handle (20) or connected onto a control element (22) provided outside of the control handle (20).
MODULAR COLPOTOMY CUP COMPONENT FOR ROBOTICALLY CONTROLLED UTERINE MANIPULATOR
An apparatus includes a modular colpotomy cup component and a modular shaft component. The modular colpotomy cup component includes a proximal base, an elongated sleeve, an expanding member, and a colpotomy cup. The proximal base is configured to couple to a distal end of a head of a robotic arm. The modular shaft component includes a coupling body and an elongated shaft. The coupling body is configured to couple to the head of the robotic arm such that the modular shaft component and the modular colpotomy cup component are attached to each other via the head of the robotic arm. The elongated shaft extends distally from the coupling body and is configured to be inserted through the opening of the proximal base such that the coupling body is configured to couple to the head of the robotic arm.
Ablation check pulse routine and integration for electroporation
Devices, systems, and methods relating to a low-voltage, pre-treatment pulse routine for evaluating a potential for non-target tissue damage from the delivery of energy, such as electroporation energy to an area of target tissue. In one embodiment, a medical system includes a medical device having a treatment element; and a control unit in communication with the medical device, the control unit being configured to: deliver a low-voltage, pre-treatment pulse routine through the treatment element to an area of target tissue; determine whether the low-voltage, pre-treatment pulse routine has a stimulation effect on an area of non-target tissue; and deliver an ablation energy routine through the treatment element to the area of target tissue when the control unit determines that the low-voltage, pre-treatment pulse routine does not have a stimulation effect on the area of non-target tissue.
