LIQUID ENCAPSULATED APPARATUS
A method for manufacturing a liquid encapsulation apparatus includes deforming waterproof film to create a plurality of chambers therein, filling each of the plurality of chambers with liquid, sealing the plurality of chambers with a protective layer to create a plurality of capsules, cutting the plurality of capsules into a predetermined grouping, and forming the liquid encapsulation apparatus by placing the predetermined grouping in a porous sleeve comprising a plurality of holes and placing the porous sleeve with a substrate in which the substrate is in contact with the porous sleeve.
Insect Repellent Pet Collar
An insect repellent collar for a pet includes an encapsulated insect repellent adjacent to an absorbent material, which is itself adjacent to a skin/fur barrier/odor impervious material, and where at least about 0.5 ml of insect repellent is encapsulated in a frangible enclosure that when fractured, releases a fresh supply of repellent onto said absorbent material for the passive evaporation of the repellent.
Device for Use in the Removal of Nail Polish from a Person's Nails
Nail polish remover product for toe or fingernails is applied to a painted or artificial nail and left thereon for a predetermined period of time to dissolve the nail polish and/or nail bonding agent. Preferably a color change occurs to depict the appropriate dwelling time to dissolve the nail polish. Certain embodiments include odor reducing components. Preferably the product is layered and includes an exterior odor impervious material, an encapsulated acetone or nail polish removing agent, an absorbent layer, and optionally a peelable backing, with the product being sized to accommodate contact with a person's nail.
TOOLS FOR REMOVING NAIL POLISH AND BUFFING NAILS
A nail care tool having an ergonomic elongated handle, an operational head, and a male/female system or mechanism suitable to connect or disconnect the elongated handle and the operational head is presented. The tool also has a removable scraper or end tip inserted in one of the ends of the handle, useful in cleaning critical cuticle areas. The operational head may have different shapes and its external surface has different operational lining materials commonly used in the nail care and maintenance processes. In some embodiments, the lining material on the operational head is an absorbent material, while in other embodiments, it is an abrasive material. By connecting the ergonomic handle to the operational removable head having the absorbent material, the tool is suitable to be used as a nail polish remover applicator, meaning being able to remove nail polishes. On the other hand, by engaging the ergonomic handle to the operational removable head having an abrasive material as a lining material, the tool is conveniently used as a nail buffing tool.
Nail manicure tips for enabling use of a touchscreen device, and method therefor
A cotton strip is adhered to a piece of aluminum foil, and aluminum foil is wrapped onto a mold simulating a finger, with the cotton strip on an interior side of the foil. Self-adherent fabric is wrapped around the foil on the mold. The self-adherent fabric is then treated with an electrically conductive solution, such as an electrolyte. The tip, including cotton, foil, fabric, and solution, is then formed into a sealed electrically conductive tip ready for use. At the time of use, acetone is applied to the cotton strip via a dropper or comparable mechanism, and the tip is placed on a finger to initiate the removal of nail polish, gel nail polish, or a nail overlay from a natural fingernail. The removal process enables use of a cell phone or other device with a touchscreen during the process.
Nail polish removing device
The present invention relates to nail polish removers. More particularly, the present invention is a nail polish removing device, which includes a container with a fluid compartment to hold nail polish remover such as acetone, a plurality of openings to receive more than one finger, and a plurality of spokes to facilitate the removal of nail polish from fingernails.
AUTOMATED NAIL POLISH APPLICATION APPARATUS
A nail polish application apparatus, comprising a mounting element comprising a capsule compartment adapted to receive one or more capsules containing a nail polish fluid wherein the mounting element is moveable by actuator(s) in longitudinal axis crossing a nail polish applying space and in lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is rotatable by the actuator(s) around the longitudinal axis, a pressure applying element adapted to apply pressure on a body portion of the capsule(s) installed in the capsule compartment wherein the body portion defines a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid, the pressure builds an internal pressure in the reservoir forcing extrusion of the nail polish fluid to a nail polish applying element integrated with the capsule(s), sensor(s) adapted to generate sensory data depicting the nail polish applying space and a control unit adapted to operate the actuator(s) and the pressure according to analysis of the sensory data.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF NAIL-ENHANCEMENT PRODUCT
A device for removing nail-enhancement product from nail beds from a finger or toe having a semi-rigid body, an absorbent pad, and a flexible cover. The semi-rigid body having an adjustable proximal end, a distal end, an external portion, an internal portion, an aperture, and a retaining member. The absorbent pad is positioned in the internal portion of the semi-rigid body between the retaining member and the distal end of the semi-rigid body. The flexible cover is adapted to surround the semi-rigid body with the absorbent pad. The absorbent pad is placed on top of the nail bed. The absorbent pad is wetted with removing solution, such as acetone, to loosen nail-enhancement product from nail bed. Excess removing solution is collected in a reservoir tip. The nail-enhancement product and associated residues adhere to the absorbent pad and remain contained inside the device.
Sanitizing and cleaning system for fingers
Systems and methods for cleaning or sanitizing a finger. A container has an interior sized to receive a finger, the container having a bottom portion and a wall portion extending from the bottom portion to an opening along an edge of the wall portion through which the finger may be received. The wall portion and bottom portion each have an interior surface within the container. A plurality of bristles extend from an interior surface of the container for contact with a portion of the finger when liquid is in the container.
