A nail polish application apparatus, comprising a mounting element comprising a capsule compartment adapted to receive one or more capsules containing a nail polish fluid wherein the mounting element is moveable by actuator(s) in longitudinal axis crossing a nail polish applying space and in lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is rotatable by the actuator(s) around the longitudinal axis, a pressure applying element adapted to apply pressure on a body portion of the capsule(s) installed in the capsule compartment wherein the body portion defines a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid, the pressure builds an internal pressure in the reservoir forcing extrusion of the nail polish fluid to a nail polish applying element integrated with the capsule(s), sensor(s) adapted to generate sensory data depicting the nail polish applying space and a control unit adapted to operate the actuator(s) and the pressure according to analysis of the sensory data.

A nail polish removal device, especially an efficient toenail polish removal device from a user's feet, is disclosed. The device includes a housing with foot placement assembly having a first area and a second area adapted for receiving the toenails of both feet simultaneously. The device includes a reciprocating sponge assembly, coupled to the foot placement assembly such that the toenails are positioned in contact with the sponge assembly. The device further comprises a filler to receive nail polish removal fluid, which is in fluid communication with the reciprocating and rotating sponge assembly, via one or more tubes, to aid in the removal of nail polish from the toenails of the user's foot. The device further comprises a switch and other electronic components to actuate and reciprocate the sponge assembly, thereby enabling the user to remove the nail polish conveniently without scrubbing the nail polish manually.

A kit for usage by a nail polish application apparatus, the kit comprising one or more nail polish capsules. Each of the nail polish capsule(s) comprises a body portion defining a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid and a non-screw detachable cover having an integrated nail polish applying element. A treatment application garment, such as a glove or a sock, is disclosed. The garment allows for various treatments directed toward the fingers and toes, such as the fingernails and toenails. For example, each digit of the garment may contain an absorbent pad containing acetone. The hand or foot is inserted into the garment such that the nail is positioned below the absorbent pad containing the acetone, allowing the acetone to be constantly applied to the nail to remove polish therefrom. After the treatment is complete, the glove may be removed and the open end thereof tied off, thereby containing the acetone and the smell thereof within the glove.
