ABSORBENT ARTICLE
An absorbent article which can have an improved feeling of comfort next to the skin of the wearer and a reduction in the feelings of wetness and rewet. An absorbent article can have a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, and a depth direction. The absorbent article can have a topsheet layer, a backsheet layer, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet layer and the backsheet layer. The topsheet layer can have a hydrophilic central layer, a semi-hydrophilic first side layer, and a semi-hydrophilic second side layer. Each of the semi-hydrophilic side layers can be bonded to the central layer utilizing an embossing technique in the regions of overlap of each of the semi-hydrophilic side layers with the central layer. The area of the body-facing surface of each of the regions of overlap can contain from about 10% to about 35% of at least one embossment.
MULTI-LAYERED ABSORBENT CORES AND ABSORBENT ARTICLES
Disclosed herein are multilayer absorbent cores, as well as personal care absorbent articles comprising the multilayer absorbent cores. The multilayer absorbent cores can comprise three or more layers including an intake layer and an absorbent layer. By employing a multilayer structure that includes a relatively low basis weight intake layer and a relatively high basis weight absorbent layer (and thus with a relatively large difference between the basis weight of the intake layer and the basis weight of the absorbent layer), fluid contacting the multilayer absorbent core can be rapidly directed through the intake layer to the absorbent layer. Consequently, articles incorporating these multilayer absorbent cores can exhibit improved intake properties, improved rewet performance, improved saturation and retention capacity, and/or improved desorption.
Wearable article comprising an elastic belt laminate
A wearable article comprising an elastic laminate with an inner web and an outer web being in a face to face relationship, and a skin-facing outer surface and a garment-facing outer surface. The elastic laminate has a total caliper when subjected to the NMR MOUSE method as defined herein, the total caliper having a first 200 m sub-caliper corresponding to 200 m of the total caliper starting from the skin-facing outer surface and extending towards the garment-facing outer surface, and a last 200 m sub-caliper corresponding to 200 m of the total caliper starting from the garment-facing outer surface and extending towards the skin-facing outer surface. The elastic laminate has a % Liquid Ratio in the first 200 micron sub-caliper to total caliper of less than 20% after 1 minute according to the NMR MOUSE method.
SOFT AND DRY DOUBLE-LAYER COMPOSITE MATERIAL, PREPARATION DEVICE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND HYGIENIC PRODUCT
A soft and dry double-layer composite material includes a bottom layer and a surface layer arranged on the bottom layer. The surface layer has an upper surface and a lower surface. The surface layer is provided with openings penetrating the surface layer. The bottom layer is provided with first protrusions protruding upwards. The first protrusions penetrate the openings respectively. A top surface of each of the first protrusions is higher than the upper surface of the surface layer. The bottom layer is made of finer fibers than the surface layer.

Wearable article comprising an elastic laminate
Wearable article comprising an elastic laminate with excellent sweat management properties. The elastic laminate comprises a first web and a second web. The second web is formed of a first fibrous layer and a second fibrous layer, which are integrally combined with each other. The second fibrous layer may be more hydrophilic than the first fibrous layer, and/or the second fibrous layer may have higher average surface area per volume than the first fibrous layer.
