DRAWING DEVICE AND INSERTION CASE
A drawing device includes an insertion case into which an object that is a finger or a toe having a nail to be drawn is inserted, and including a first surface provided with an opening area that exposes the nail in a state where the object is inserted and a second surface provided in a direction crossing the first surface, and an insertion area into which the insertion case is detachably inserted. An area of at least a part of the second surface, the area being corresponding to the nail in a state where the object is inserted, has transparency allowing an inside of the insertion case to be visible.
CRAFTING SCRAP COLLECTION AND NAIL POLISH HOLDER DEVICES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Provided for are devices having a crown with an opening defining an access to a cavity of the crown for the insertion of nail polish containers or crafting scrap materials, such as waste produced in vinyl weeding. Advantageously, the devices are anchorable for directional release and attachment to a surface. The crown may be hingedly positionable with respect to a vented suction base anchorable to a surface. Further provided for are methods of use of devices in the application of nail polish or in crafting, such as in vinyl weeding.
Apparatus for applying coating to nails
Systems and apparatuses for applying coating to nails are disclosed. In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure include a method, which may be implemented on a system, to performing image processing on an image of the nail to locate a boundary of the nail. The method can further include determining a path along which to move the nail relative to an applicator, the applicator being used to coat the nail. In a further embodiment, using the located boundary of the nail, a dispensing procedure for the applicator to follow to coat the nail is determined.

PRINTING APPARATUS AND CONTROLLING METHOD
A printing apparatus that can keep a target object from coming into contact with a printing unit, and a controlling method for the printing apparatus are provided. To this end, the printing apparatus includes a first adjustment unit that can adjust a first distance in a first direction between a first target object placed on a first placement unit and a printing unit, a second adjustment unit that can adjust a second distance in the first direction between a second target object placed on a second placement unit and the printing unit, and a control unit that controls at least one of the first adjustment unit and the second adjustment unit such that the first distance is smaller than the second distance in a case of printing on the first target object.

NAIL PRINTING APPARATUS, NAIL PRINTING METHOD, AND PRINTING APPARATUS
A technique capable of correcting the inclination of a light in the height direction to suppress deterioration in the printing quality is to be provided. Regarding a detecting unit capable of detecting a placed nail portion by use of a light whose distance in a predetermined direction is maintained to a predetermined distance, a correction value for correcting the deviation of the nail portion from a position corresponding to the predetermined distance in the predetermined direction, which is caused by the inclination of the light, is obtained. Further, based on a result of the detection by the detecting unit and the correction value, a condition for printing performed by a printing unit on the nail portion is adjusted for printing.

Manicure hand-rest
A manicure hand-rest which has an upper surface (1) that is contoured in relief with a rear apron (4) for support of either hand and with seven mutually-splayed recesses (6) extending on a forward region (5) from the apron (4) to a contoured peripheral edge (7) of the hand-rest for receiving the fingers and thumb of the respective hand. Of the seven recesses (6), three (63-65) are used by the fore, middle and third fingers of both hands in reverse orders from one another, whereas the thumb and small finger of each hand use respective pairs (61, 66; 62, 67) of the recesses. The ends of the recesses (6) may be bevelled over into the edge (7) to facilitate bending down of the fingertips.
