SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INCONTINENCE CONTROL
A system for managing female incontinence includes a body of biocompatible material configured to fit between the labia minora and the vestibule floor, the body having a surface configured to occlude the urethral meatus, a first adhesive layer disposed on at least a first portion of the surface and configured to provide a sealing engagement between the body and the urethral meatus, and a second adhesive layer disposed over the first adhesive layer and configured to provide a sealing engagement between the body and the urethral meatus, wherein the second adhesive layer is removable from the first adhesive layer.

BLADDER CONTROL ARTICLE FOR LEAKAGE CESSATION
Disposable absorbent articles suitable for providing bladder leakage cessation for females that experience urinary incontinence may comprise a primary sheet, a secondary sheet, and an absorbent sheet disposed between the primary and secondary sheet. The four-sided primary and secondary sheets each may include four edges, whereby each edge having a selvedge. The absorbent sheet may further include a plurality of macrofolds folded in a counter direction to the primary sheet length and the secondary sheet length. The selvedge edges of the primary sheet and the secondary sheet may couple together around the absorbent sheet to form a pillow package. With the proper placement of the pillow package, bladder leakage can be stopped and mitigated. The article can exhibit an article length and width from about 38 mm to about 50 mm.
Cervical pad
A cervical pad is provided for absorbing and collecting body fluids. The cervical pad comprises a resilient circular rim configured to span a vaginal opening adjacent the cervical os. A central body portion spans the area defined by the rim. The body portion includes a pad comprising an upper membrane layer, a lower membrane layer sealingly connected to the rim, and a flexible absorbent insert is disposed in a space defines between the inner membrane layer and the outer membrane layer.

Method and device for female urinary incontinence
A method and device for use in stress female urinary incontinence. A small, flexible adhesive patch is applied directly to the clitoris of a person suffering from stress female urinary incontinence. The adhesive is of a type sufficient to stimulate the mechanoreceptors located in the clitoris whereby to inhibit discharge from the bladder. The patch is formed of a backing sheet of an impervious material containing adhesive on one side. A release liner prevents the adhesive from drying out.
PANTILESS LINER
The present disclosure provides for a pantiless liner for a user and a method of positioning the pantiless liner. The pantiless liner can include a moisture-impervious layer, a core, a transfer adhesive layer, a body adhesive layer, and a protective layer. The core can include a super absorbent polymer (SAP) layer and a fabric layer. The body adhesive layer can be disposed on a perimeter of the fabric layer. The body adhesive layer can be configured to contact the user and to adhere to the body. The method can include positioning the pantiless liner lengthwise such that an inner boundary between the fabric layer and the body adhesive layer is positioned adjacent to a clitoral hood of user and such that a rear portion of the pantiless liner is positioned on a portion of a perineum of the user.
WEARABLE PERINEUM LEAKAGE CONTROL DEVICE
A perineum control device attachable to the user's undergarment, belt or similar clothing to apply pressure to the perineum to control various conditions including leakages of body fluids from the urethral, anal, and vaginal openings. The device and method comprise one or more front and rear retractors having a retractable cord supporting a bridge or band member positioned against a user's perineum. When a user puts on their undergarment, or tensioned and retractable cords exert a constant and predetermined upward compression force to an attached sanitary article (such as pads/napkins). The force pushes/pulls the article against the perineum increasing the perineum pressure above an abdominal or bladder pressure, which prevents or mitigates leakages and/or prolapses. The device keeps the article in constant close contact with the orifices of the perineum regardless of a user's vigorous movements and regardless of a user's body size, shape, and anatomical differences.
