It is meant to absorb a little wetness but let most fluid flow through while retaining excrement and exudate. Use of the item aids the child's self-confidence to believe he can transition to be fully toilet-trained by supporting his sense of independence.

The sanitary protection product is folded in a Z-configuration on first and second fold lines to form a substantially circular folded sanitary protection product, which is enveloped in the circular package.
