The invention relates to a case for a cosmetic product, in particular a powdery cosmetic product, including at least: a lid that is mounted rotationally mobile with respect to a base between at least one closed position and one open position of the case, first locking means to lock the lid in a closed position, a dispensing device arranged between the lid and the base, and that is mounted rotationally mobile between at least one lowered position and one raised position, the dispensing device including a control member intended to be actuated to command the dispensing of the cosmetic product, second locking means to lock the dispensing device in the lowered position, wherein the control member of the dispensing device is configured to command the unlocking of the first locking means of the lid and the unlocking of the second locking means of the dispensing device.

A sealable container for a volatile composition for use in a compact case, having a container having an upper rim and outer thread segments, a compact cover having an annular wall having inner thread segments, and an annular seal disposed between the upper rim of the container and a cover plate of the compact cover. The annular seal has a seal plate having an upper surface, and a seat seal ring that registers with the seal plate and engages the upper rim of the container when the compact covers the container. The seal plate includes a means for preventing the rotative force applied to the upper surface of the seal plate when rotating the compact cover to the second rotated position, to be downward onto the seat seal ring, to prevent tearing, bunching and deforming of the seat seal ring.

A cushion compact container includes an outer shell component and an inner case component placed inside the outer shell component. The inner case component includes an inner cover and an inner case. A cosmetic compact for solid or semi solid cosmetic product. The cosmetic compact comprising a lid and a base assembly, wherein the base assembly comprising a base, a frame, a shock absorbing member, and at least one cosmetic pan. The shock absorbing member is disposed in a cavity of the base. The shock absorbing member is coupled to the base and is coupled to the at least one cosmetic pan such that a shock imparted on the cosmetic compact is isolated from the at least one cosmetic pan. The shock absorbing member is deformable and comprises a hollow tubular body defining a central bore extending between an upper-flange and a lower-flange of the shock absorbing member.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container comprising a refill container having a sealing ring and, more specifically, to a cosmetic container comprising a refill container having a sealing ring, the cosmetic container having a refill container holder embedded in an outer case, and having the refill container, which contains cosmetics, used by being coupled to the refill container holder, and improving refill convenience since after the cosmetics are completely used, a user easily separates the refill container from the refill container holder by pressing the refill container on the top thereof, and then can couple a new refill container to the refill container holder from the bottom of the outer case, thereby easily replacing the refill container.

A cosmetic jar container configured with a collar insert to help distribute loose powder product on an applicator. An illustrative cosmetic jar includes a cap, ajar having a reservoir and a neck, and a collar secured to the neck of the jar. The collar includes a manipulation surface inside the neck for use in distributing a powder product on an applicator and/or removing excess product from the applicator.

A cap for a reusable bottle and a compound-containing container is provided. The container is a separate, replaceable structure with a base (well/bowl) section containing the compound and a hinged or otherwise removable cap. The container is secured in a cavity in the top of the cap using appropriate detents that flex based upon the materials inherent resilient (e.g. a polymer material) to selectively engage with and disengage from the cap cavity. The cap can include a (unitary or integral) hook or ring that extends from the edges of the cap and can provide a stop that the lid of the secured container hinges against when placed in an open position. The hinge includes a detent adjacent to its front edge (opposite the side containing the hinge). This detent retains the lid in a closed position, but can be overcome by pressure applied by the user to open the lid.
