INCONTINENCE GARMENT ASSEMBLY
An incontinence garment assembly includes a band forming a closed loop. The band has an upper edge and a lower edge. A panel is attached to the bottom edge and extends downwardly therefrom. The panel has a distal edge and a pair of lateral edges. The panel is comprised of an absorbent material. The absorbent material includes a plurality of layers and the plurality of layers includes an outer layer is fluid impermeable. Each of a pair of straps has a first end attached to the band and a second end attached to the panel adjacent to the distal edge. The panel is positioned between the straps.
Male undergarment for holding absorbent pad
A male undergarment that holds an absorbent pad has a waistband and first and second pant portions and a centered hole. A trapezoidal flap is placed over a front panel where the first and second sides of the trapezoidal flap are sewn into the garment, such that the sewn portion of the trapezoidal flap covers the hole. The unattached first and second sides of the trapezoidal flap are releasably secured to the garment via complimentary snaps and snap holders, such that when the snaps are engaged to the snap holders a pouch is formed by the trapezoidal flap and the garment.
MATERIAL SAVING CLOTHING
Disclosed is material saving clothing including a repeatedly usable general-purpose holding and looping member for replacement with a full-pad type or a partial-pad type absorbent article and an absorbent article. The holding and looping member has a rear waist portion that is provided with a rear opening and a rear clamp section and a front portion that is provided with a front opening and a front clamping section. The front portion is provided, on a lower portion of each of left and right sides thereof, with a side clamp section and anti-skidding glue. The absorbent article is provided, above a rear end thereof, with left and right rear pulling sections positionable into a rear opening and clamped (from opposite sides) by a rear clamp section and a front clamping section provided above a front end to be pulled through a front opening for clamping by a front clamping section.
Product line of absorbent article
A product line of absorbent articles includes a first absorbent article for a male wearer within a first size range. The first absorbent article has an outer cover, a body facing material in opposed relationship with the outer cover, and an absorbent body disposed between the body facing material and the outer cover for absorbing liquid that passes through the body facing material. The body facing material defines a male urine handling feature with a plurality of projections adapted to handle urine released by the male wearer. A second absorbent article for a female wearer is sized within the first size range. The second absorbent article includes an outer cover, a body facing material in opposed relationship with the outer cover, and an absorbent body disposed between the body facing material and the outer cover for absorbing liquid that passes through the body facing material. The body facing material defines a female urine handling feature with a plurality of projections adapted to handle urine released by the female wearer. At least a portion of the projections of the female urine handling feature has a different configuration than the projections of the male handling feature.
Male diaper with sealable front opening
A male diaper permits a user to urinate without removing the diaper from a lower body region of the user and includes a main body member disposed around the lower body region of the user and having a front portion with a crotch region having a front flap and a rear flap separated to create an opening to permit the user's reproductive organ to pass therethrough, and an exterior flap detachably coupled to the front portion of the main body member by a fastener. The exterior flap is designed to attach to the main body member to a closed position to seal the opening. The exterior flap is designed to detach from the main body member to an open position to permit the reproductive organ of the user to extend through the opening and into a surrounding environment, thereby enabling the user to urinate.
INCONTINENCE GARMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
An incontinence undergarment for adult men. The interior of the undergarment is lined and includes an elastic waistband and elastic leg openings. The undergarment also includes a hook and loop closure strip in the crotch area to enable easy urination without requiring complete removal of the garment. Along the sides of the closure strip are reinforcements, where the interior of the closure strip and the reinforcement sections are lined with plastic to prevent leakage. The undergarment may be available in various sizes, including S, M, L, and XL. It may also be available in a variety of color options.
DIAPER SYSTEM AND FLAP
A diaper insert has a liquid impermeable external surface, an inner surface, and an absorbency area adjacent the inner surface. The absorbency area has at least one absorbent layer. The diaper insert has a distal end, an attachment end, and a midsection between the distal end and attachment end. The midsection has opposing sides that are in general mirror images to one another about a vertical line. A width of the midsection is less than or equal to a width of the attachment end, and a width of the midsection is less than or equal to a width of the distal end.
Sanitary device
An easily applied and replaced flexible container pouch applied to the penis end and including a restricted opening collar to grasp the penis shaft. The container pouch comprises a plurality of walls having a fluid absorbent layer between at least 2 walls, the inner wall (proximal to the penis) include apertures allowing the fluid emitted by the penis to be received into the absorbent layer(s). In one embodiment, the inner layer(s) comprise fluid barriers (e.g. fluid impermeable or a thick member providing a mechanical spacing) between the fluid-filled absorbent layer(s) and the penis. The resulting device provides comfort and protection from unnecessary fluid immersion and ease of use, application and replacement.

A toilet training assembly for training a toddler to urinate with the toddler's pants pulled up includes a diaper that may be worn thereby facilitating the diaper to capture human waste. The diaper has a flap thereon. The flap may be manipulated thereby facilitating a user to urinate in a toilet without removing the diaper.
