ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH LEG GASKETING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a pant type absorbent article comprising a core chassis and a leg gasketing system comprising a pair of wearer facing cuff regions comprising an inner cuff sealing and inner cuff free edge positioned inward from the inner cuff sealing, and an inner cuff elastic element is disposed adjacent the inner cuff free edge; a pair of garment facing cuff regions, and a pair of outer cuff elastic elements disposed on wearer facing cuff regions or garment facing cuff regions, each outer cuff elastic element disposed so as to superpose the core side regions and so as to superpose the inner cuff sealings or outward thereof; and wherein the front belt and the absorbent body is joined in a manner such that the front longitudinal end of the outer cuff elastic element in active elasticity superposes the front belt and left unjoined to the front belt.
Absorbent pad
Provided is an absorbent pad which prevents leakage of excess liquid excrement to the exterior. An absorbent pad sheet forms an absorbent pad from a liquid-permeable front sheet and a liquid permeable rear sheet, and absorbent polymer particles which absorb liquid excrement and which are provided between the front sheet and the rear sheet. The width in the width direction formed between both side parts folded to the inside is formed as 10-50% of the width of the absorbent pad in the width direction, and some of the absorbent polymer particles at the place at which folding to the inside occurs are made to penetrate the front sheet at the place at which folding to the inside occurs.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH ELASTICIZED REGION
A disposable absorbent article may include a topsheet, backsheet, absorbent core, and an elasticized region disposed in a leg gasketing system. The elasticized region may include a first elastic member and a second elastic member. The first elastic member is joined to the article at both a first contraction starting point and a first contraction ending point, and the second elastic member is joined to the article at both a second contraction starting point and a second contraction ending point. The first contraction starting point is disposed on a first start axis and the second contraction starting point is disposed on a second start axis, wherein the second start axis is different than the first start axis.
Method for manufacturing absorbent article and absorbent sanitary article
Provided is an absorbent article which includes a top sheet having extruded protrusions and a second sheet bonded to the top sheet and has adequate softness, satisfactory appearance, and yet prevents wrinkles in the top sheet along the MD. The problem is solved by a method of producing an absorbent article including forming the extruded protrusions through embossing of non-woven fabric to be a top sheet transferred by being drawn from downstream of a production line; and then bonding the non-woven fabric and a material of a second sheet in a bonding pattern formed by aligning the material of the second sheet 40 with the back face of the non-woven fabric having extruded protrusions, forming rows of plurality of top-second bonded portions at intervals in the CD in regions between the extruded protrusions adjacent each other in the MD so as to be provided across the center positions of the regions in the CD, and compressing the non-woven fabric in areas between the top-second bonded portions in the rows in the CD without welding of the non-woven fabric and the material of the second sheet.
PROTECTIVE GARMENT FOR PREVENTING BODILY FLUID LEAKAGE
A garment for preventing bodily fluid leakage and sagging of an absorbent pad includes an undergarment and a sling placed adjacent to a crotch portion of the undergarment, the sling designed and configured to provide a longitudinal stretch to move with a body of a wearer and to exert a garment force against the absorbent pad and the body. In an alternate embodiment, a garment for preventing bodily fluid leakage and sagging of an absorbent pad includes undergarment and a sling placed adjacent to a crotch portion of the undergarment, the sling having a shape of an hourglass or a trapezoid.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH IMPROVED FECAL MATTER CONTAINMENT FLAPS
An absorbent article can include a chassis including an absorbent body. The chassis can include a body facing surface. The absorbent article can also include a pair of body exudate containment flaps attached to the body facing surface of the chassis. The containment flaps can include a first portion located in the front portion of the absorbent article and chassis, and a second portion located in the rear portion of the absorbent article and chassis. The second portion of the containment flaps can have one or more properties that are different than one or more properties of the first portion of the containment flaps to reduce the lateral flow of body exudates out the sides of the absorbent article.
DISPOSABLE WEARABLE ARTICLE
To improve the touch feeling of the side portions of a crotch portion. The above-described problem is solved by a disposable wearable article including side flaps without an absorber on both side portions of a crotch portion, the side flap having a side stretchable region in which one or a plurality of elongated side elastic members spaced from each other is provided along the front-back direction. The side flaps have a hollow portion continuing in the front-back direction along side edges thereof, and due to the contraction of the side elastic member, a part of the side flap including the hollow portion contracts in the front-back direction to form a side gather.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR INCONTINENCE UNDERWEAR
An incontinence underwear including a crotch area hosting a stitching, a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, a fourth layer, a fifth layer, a sixth layer, and a seventh layer, wherein the first layer is innermost, wherein the seventh layer is outermost, wherein the second layer extends between the first layer and the third layer, wherein the fourth layer extends between the third layer and the fifth layer, wherein the sixth layer extends between the fifth layer and the seventh layer, wherein the stitching extends through the first layer, the second layer, the sixth layer, and the seventh layer, wherein the stitching avoids extending through the third layer, the fourth layer, and the fifth layer, wherein the second layer is bonded or adhered to the third layer.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH LEG GASKETING CUFF
A disposable pant may include a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, and a leg gasketing system. The leg gasketing system may include an inner cuff and an outer cuff. The inner cuff may include an inner cuff folded edge and an inner cuff material edge and the outer cuff may include an outer cuff folded edge and an outer cuff material edge such that the web of material is folded laterally inward to form the outer cuff folded edge and folded laterally outward to form the inner cuff folded edge.
