A cosmetic container that includes a lid assembly and first and second jars each configured to hold a cosmetic product. The lid assembly includes an inner lid divided into two sections by a dividing wall. The first and second jars are connectable to the first and second sections, forming a single container. The lid assembly forms a barrier between the first and second jars and allows the jars to be opened separately.

The hingeless compact has a first base portion with prong arms that pass through a second base portion and engage slots or engagement areas on a lid. A compact with magnetic swivels has base and a top that sandwich at least one inner tray; the inner tray is connected to the base and top at one swivel or pivot using an axis or peg; magnetic connections can keep the trays from being unintentionally opened. A compact with a track system allows movement of a tray from a first closed position to a second open position and allows for multiple intermediate positions along the length or travel of the track.

Embodiments disclosed herein include a device for personalizing fragrance. The device includes a first module comprising a first hemispherical cap, a first container, and a first attacher; a first fragrance formulation contained by the first container; and a second module comprising a second hemispherical cap, a second container, and a second attacher. Also included is a second fragrance formulation, which can be different from the first fragrance formulation, and contained by the second container. The device includes a ring-shaped adaptor comprising a first feature for attaching to the first module at the first attacher and a second feature for attaching to the second module at the second attacher. When the first and second modules are each attached to the adaptor and the caps are in a closed position, the first module opposes the second module and the device has a capsule shape.

A cosmetic container that includes a lid assembly and a base assembly each configured to hold a cosmetic product. The lid assembly and the base assembly are pivotably coupled with a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly may be positioned and secured within recesses of the lid assembly and the base assembly such that the cosmetic container can lie flat on a level surface in a fully open configuration.

An airtight cosmetic container in which an inner container (200) and an inner cover (300) can be airtightly sealed without using a separate rubber seal while compensating for a diameter deviation caused by a molding error of the inner cover (300). The inner container (200) includes a packing case (220) in which a cosmetic tray is installed, and which includes inner and outer elastic sidewalls (222, 223) that form a seal groove (221) therebetween, so a sealing rib (320) of the inner cover (300) is inserted into the seal groove (221), with inner and outer curved protrusions (222a, 223a) protruding toward each other on opposed surfaces of the inner and outer elastic sidewalls so as to come into elastic close contact with the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the sealing rib (320) inserted in the seal groove (221), thereby realizing an airtight sealing effect.

Cosmetic container assemblies are provided herein. An example assembly includes a housing tray disposed between a first end and a second end, the tray receives and retains a palette, the tray having a first cavity in the first end that receives a first tubular makeup assembly, a second cavity in the second end that receives a second tubular makeup assembly, a folding door attached to the tray, the folding door enclosing the palette when the folding door is in a closed configuration, a first end cap that mates with the first end, the first end cap enclosing a portion of the first tubular makeup assembly, and a second end cap that mates with the second end, the second end cap enclosing a portion of the second tubular makeup assembly.
