An absorbent article comprising a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the liquid pervious topsheet and the liquid impervious backsheet; said absorbent article having a first and second longitudinal edge and a first and second transverse edge; wherein the absorbent core comprises a top core sheet, a back core sheet, and absorbent material arranged partially between the top core sheet and the back core sheet; wherein at least one of the top core sheet and the back core sheet comprises at least one attachment portion which is attached to the other one of the top core sheet and the back core sheet forming at least one attachment zone, and at least one edge portion having at least one free edge and covering a portion of the absorbent material.

A disposable absorbent hygiene product is provided, including a main part having a body facing surface intended to face the body of a user and a garment facing surface intended to face away from the body of a user. The main part includes a liquid permeable topsheet at the body facing surface, a liquid impermeable backsheet at the garment facing surface, and an absorbent assembly arranged between said topsheet and said backsheet. An absorbent core for absorbent articles such as diapers comprising a core wrap comprising a top side and a bottom side, an absorbent material between the top side and the bottom side of the core wrap, a first and second longitudinally-extending channel-forming areas disposed on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis and substantially free of absorbent material preferably through which the top side of the core wrap is preferably attached to the bottom side of the core wrap. The core has a central absorbent zone between the first and the second channel-forming areas and a first and second lateral absorbent zones disposed laterally outwardly. The basis weight of the absorbent material in the central absorbent zone is higher than the basis weight of the absorbent material in each of the lateral absorbent zones for at least a first transversal section (S1). This relation is inverted along a second transversal section (S2) of the core. The first and second sections have each a length in the longitudinal direction of at least 10 mm.

The present invention relates to single-use hygiene care product, in particular an absorbent pad, consisting of a liquid absorbent layer in contact with human body and a back layer opposite to the liquid absorbent layer, the back layer being a breathable back sheet; a super absorbent layer arranged between the liquid absorbent layer and the back layer, a lotion layer arranged between the liquid absorbent layer and the super absorbent layer, the lotion layer containing skin-moisturizing lotion. The absorbent pad of the present invention can prevent patients from growing pressure sore due to the peel-off of their dry skin, hence preventing the development of pressure sore and perennial dermatitis. The use of breathable water-proof back layer can ensure air flow and at the same time prevent liquid leakage. The absorbent package is convenient and can effectively protect patients from erythra and perennial dermatitis.

The present disclosure is directed, in part, to an absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet and absorbent core positioned at least partially intermediate the topsheet and the backsheet. The absorbent core comprises an absorbent material positioned within a core wrap. The absorbent core defines a first channel therein.
