As such, when a user presses cosmetic contents with a puff for use, the impregnation member prevents the excessive smearing and waste of the cosmetic contents on the puff, and the cosmetic contents can be uniformly and thinly smeared on the puff, and a second impregnation member, which is coupled to the lower surface of the first impregnation member, maintains an open cell structure.
