This specification relates to a decoration member including: a substrate; and a decoration layer provided on the substrate in which there are one or more combinations of viewing angles θ and φ in which a contrast parameter C.sub.n represented by Equation 1 is 0.1 or more.

A flat strip 1, suitable for forming a tube flexible skirt, comprising a decorative film 15 superimposed on a primary film 16, said primary film 16 consisting of a series of polymeric layers and comprising a sealable inner layer 14 at the lower surface 20 of the strip 1, said decorative film 15 comprising a sealable outer layer 7 at the upper surface 19 of the strip 1 and a decorative layer 8, 9.

The primary film 16 comprises means for stabilizing the strip 1 and protecting the decorative layer 8, 9 against heating.

The applicator for applying a product, in particular a cosmetic product, comprises a gripping cap (50) and an applicator member (52) that is provided with at least one application surface for said product and comprises a flexible portion (53). The applicator also comprises a rigid assembly insert (54) that is mounted at least partially inside the gripping cap (50) and is secured to said cap. The flexible portion (53) of the applicator member is fastened in the assembly insert (54) in a region of said insert which is mounted inside the gripping cap (50).

An applicator system comprises a container and an applicator. The container is configured to contain a substance to be applied using the applicator. The container is further configured to support the applicator in an accessible orientation in use. For example, the container can comprise a first chamber that is open at an end thereof. The first chamber can be arranged to receive and locate at least an active end of the applicator therein and to hold the applicator in the accessible orientation in use. The container can also comprise a second chamber that is arranged to receive and hold therein the substance to be contacted by the active end of the applicator in use.

A dispensing system (5) is suitable for being fastened on a bottle (1). The system has parts facing one another having surfaces facing one another and has a material allowing at least part of at least one of the surfaces facing one another to have an adhesive effect for attaching the facing parts. A bottle (1) utilizes the dispensing system (5).

A dental hygiene device including a case and a closure. The case includes first and second half-shells hingedly coupled to one another and actuable between open and closed configurations. The closure engages the case when the case is in the closed configuration to thereby secure the case in the closed configuration. The first half-shell may be divided into first and second compartments by a first divider wall. The first divider wall may include first and second notches formed therein and configured to accommodate a toothbrush and a toothpaste container, respectively. The second half-shell may be divided into third and fourth compartments by a second divider wall. When the case is in the closed configuration, the first compartment may be contiguous with at least part of the third compartment, and the second compartment may be contiguous with at least part of the third and fourth compartments.

The present invention relates to a container with an inner decorative figure and its manufacturing method. The container has a container body having a top cover. The top cover has an outlet neck projecting from the central portion to engage a cap; and, a geometric or amorphous through-peripheral wall in the lower part of the container body. The through-peripheral wall has an external peripheral wall and an internal peripheral wall. The external peripheral wall has a threaded section. A figure includes an upper section with the desired figure and a lower section. The lower section has a stop section to delimit the entrance of the figure towards the inside of the container; and, a lower cap that is coupled to the lower part of the container body to retain and maintain fixed the position of the lower section of the decorative figure.

A combination container and applicator for a fluid includes a container having a top end open to an internal volume that has a tapered floor. A cap adapted to engage the top end has a brush applicator projecting downwardly therefrom into the internal volume of the container. The brush applicator includes a brush and a sheath, the brush extending beyond the sheath when the brush applicator is in the extended position, and the brush retracting fully inside the sheath when the brush applicator is in the retracted position. The cap includes a brush extension mechanism that is adapted to move the brush applicator between a retracted portion, such that the brush and brush applicator do not contact the floor of the container when the cap is engaged with the container, and an extended position such that the brush is able to reach all areas of the floor of the container.

An applicator system comprises a container and an applicator. The container is configured to contain a substance to be applied using the applicator. The container is further configured to support the applicator in an accessible orientation in use. For example, the container can comprise a first chamber that is open at an end thereof. The first chamber can be arranged to receive and locate at least an active end of the applicator therein and to hold the applicator in the accessible orientation in use. The container can also comprise a second chamber that is arranged to receive and hold therein the substance to be contacted by the active end of the applicator in use.

An apparatus and system including: a top cap comprising a press button; a pump actuator partially disposed in the top cap, where a depression of the press button actuates the pump actuator; a front plate comprising a nozzle opening disposed proximate a first end of the front plate, where the front plate is attached to the top cap; a front nozzle attached to the pump actuator and disposed through the nozzle opening in the front plate; an indentation on a top surface of the front plate, where the front nozzle is angled to disperse a liquid onto the indentation; and a bottle attached to the pump actuator, wherein the bottle is configured to contain the liquid.
