Device for applying and removing nail polish
A device for applying or removing nail polish or nail art has a replaceable cartridge with a distal end removably coupleable to a proximal end of a handle. The cartridge has a reservoir that contains a liquid, such as nail polish or nail polish remover and a flow control member (e.g., valve) actuatable to allow flow of the liquid out of the distal end of the cartridge. The handle has a flow path therethrough that extends between its proximal end to an applicator implement (e.g., brush, sponge) attached to its distal end, the flow path in fluid communication with the flow control member when the cartridge is coupled to the handle. Selective actuation of the flow control member by the user (e.g., by squeezing the cartridge) allows fluid to flow out the reservoir and through the flow path in the handle to the applicator implement for application of the fluid by the user to a finger or toe nail.
PACKAGING KIT FOR COSMETIC FORMULATION
A mascara packaging set includes a container with a wiper having an aperture and a mascara composition stored within the container. The mascara composition includes a wax emulsion, at least one polymer, and fibers and has a viscosity in a range of 10,000 cps to 20,000 cps. The kit also includes an applicator configured to extend into the container through the aperture. The applicator has an elongate core and bristles extending radially therefrom. At least one of the bristles is formed from a thermoplastic elastomer having a hardness in the range of 32 shore D to 38 shore D. The bristles form rows along the core in an axial direction, wherein rows of a first pair of adjacent rows are spaced farther apart from each other in a circumferential direction than a second pair of adjacent rows. The first pair of adjacent rows define a reservoir.
APPLICATOR FOR SKINCARE PRODUCTS
An applicator for skincare products includes a handle and an applicator head on or over which an applicator pad can be stretched or otherwise attach. The pad serves as a means to apply to the skin a variety of skincare products, such as lotions, oils, or serums for beauty, medication, or protection purposes. The desired skincare product is applied to the pad either by dipping the pad into the product, by direct application of the product to the pad, or ejected or expelled from within the applicator. The pad may be re-usable, washable, or disposable, and may have different shapes and textures.

PRINTING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A printing apparatus includes at least one processor, an apparatus main body that is capable of holding a tank that stores liquid; and a sensor that detects at least a state of motion of the tank. The processor outputs dispersion information showing an operation to move the apparatus main body to disperse the liquid in the tank based on the state of the motion of the tank detected by the sensor.

ADDRESSABLE ELECTROACTIVE POLYMER ARRAYS FOR COSMETIC DESIGN APPLICATION
Devices, systems, and methods are provided for applying a cosmetic design to a biological subject. An applicator array device may include a substrate. The applicator array device may include a plurality of applicator elements disposed on the substrate, together defining an applicator array. Each applicator element may include a first electrode, an electroactive polymer layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode, disposed on the electroactive polymer layer. The applicator array device may also include an applicator surface overlying the applicator array. Each applicator element may be configured to switch between a first position and a second position upon application of a voltage to the first electrode or the second electrode, or upon removal of the voltage from the first electrode or the second electrode.

STABILIZED, PRECISION, DUAL-BRUSH EYELASH APPLICATION APPARATUS AND METHOD
A mascara application system includes two brushes on wands, biased together, requiring force by fingers to separate brushes. Once open or separated, brushes can be positioned on opposite sides (surfaces, top and bottom) of an eyelash (speaking of the entire lash, not individual fibers). Upon release of the force, brushes close on each other, with no affirmative force required to keep them together, fingers now free to manipulate by holding, rolling, drawing, or otherwise controlling the handle portion. A receptacle portion containing mascara product may receive, and seal the applicator with or without relative rotation, depending on the embodiment. The best functional embodiment requires no rotation of the squeegee seal, but instead causes the squeegee to move brushes and wands radially outward with limited movement (toggling) in almost any direction when partially withdrawn through the squeegee.
CONFORMABLE POINT ARRAY FOR DISCRETIZED COSMETIC DESIGN APPLICATION
Devices, systems, and methods for applying cosmetic designs to biological subjects are provided. An applicator array device may include a substrate. The applicator array device may also include, a plurality of applicator elements disposed on the substrate, together defining an applicator array. Each applicator element may include an applicator member having a length substantially orthogonal to an outer surface of the substrate, a first portion of the length extending from the outer surface of the substrate and a second portion of the applicator member extending through the substrate. The first portion may define a first end and the second portion may define a second end opposite the first end. Each applicator element may also include an applicator surface defined by the first end.
