The present invention relates to an absorbent article comprising a topsheet , a backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and the backsheet, wherein the absorbent articles comprises a first fold extending transversely across the central absorbent region and a second fold extending transversely across the front and back waist regions.

SANITARY PAD FOR WOMEN
20190282413 · 2019-09-19 ·

A sanitary napkin for women includes a permeable inner sheet, which comes into contact with the skin of a wearer to thus allow secretions to pass therethrough, an outer sheet fused to the inner sheet, and an absorption pad disposed between the inner sheet and the outer sheet to absorb the secretions passed through the inner sheet, the outer sheet being a nanolaminate film composed of a nanomembrane formed by electrospinning a polymer solution and a strength-reinforcing nonwoven fabric laminated on one side of the nanomembrane.

Magnetic Panty Liner Assembly
20190282723 · 2019-09-19 ·

A magnetic panty liner assembly for reducing menstrual pain includes a first panel, a first panel, a second panel, and a third panel. The second panel, which is absorbent, is coupled to a lower face of the first panel. The third panel is coupled to a bottom surface of the second panel and a perimeter of the first panel to enclose the second panel. The ridge and the third panel are impermeable. A coupler on an exterior face of the third panel is configured to couple the third panel to an undergarment. Menstrual fluid flows through the first panel to be absorbed by the second panel. A ridge on the first panel is positioned in abutment to skin of the user to prevent leakage. Magnets that are positioned between the second panel and the third panel are configured to reduce pain of menstruation.

ARRAY OF DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES WITH IMPROVED PERFORMANCE THROUGH PLACEMENT OF THE ACQUISITION/DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

An array of packages comprising three or more different sizes of absorbent articles, the array comprising a first, a second and a third packages comprising first, second and third absorbent article having first, second and third sizes. The Array Acquisition/Distribution System to Product Pitch Ratio of the first, second, and third packages is from about 10% to about 28%.

Male incontinence pad
10406039 · 2019-09-10 ·

Male incontinence pads may be formed and used by a variety of techniques. In particular implementations, a male incontinence pad may include a first absorbent pad, a second absorbent pad, and a water impermeable lining. The water impermeable lining may be between the pads, and the first absorbent pad, the second absorbent pad, and the lining may each include an aperture that are aligned to allow a male member to be placed therethrough. The second absorbent pad may be adapted to be folded to form a pocket for the male member.

Absorbent article with a channel-forming area and a masking layer

An absorbent article comprising a liquid permeable topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core comprising an absorbent material and a core wrap is provided. The core comprises at least one channel-forming area that is substantially free of absorbent material. The absorbent article comprises a masking layer between the bottom side of the core wrap and the backsheet. The masking layer and the bottom side of the core wrap are only partially bonded to each other at their interface, the interface thus comprising a bonded portion and an unbonded portion, wherein the channel-forming area at least partially corresponds to the unbonded portion of the interface, so that when the absorbent material swells, the masking layer can decouple from the three-dimensional channels.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE HAVING A NONWOVEN MATERIAL WITH ANTIMONY-FREE POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE
20190105424 · 2019-04-11 ·

The present disclosure relates to absorbent articles comprising a nonwoven material, the nonwoven material comprising PET resin having less than 150 ppm of antimony. One or more layers of cover materials are covering the nonwoven material both on the wearer-facing surface and on the garment-facing surface, such that the nonwoven material does not form a wearer-facing or garment-facing surface of the absorbent article.

Absorbent product comprising odor control material

Hygienic product comprising an odor control material having a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction and a thickness direction, the odor control material including a first carrier material wherein a plurality of odor control particles are bonded to at least one surface of the first carrier material by a binder substance wherein the first carrier material in an unexpanded condition has a plurality of transversal slits, and that the first carrier material in an expanded condition in the longitudinal direction has a plurality of openings, and that the first carrier material is fixed in the expanded condition in the hygienic product whereby the odor control material is in the form of a reticulated structure.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND ABSORBENT CORE FORMING CHANNELS WHEN WET

An absorbent article for personal hygiene comprising a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet, an absorbent core and a fibrous layer. The absorbent core comprises a core wrap and an absorbent material with superabsorbent polymers. The core wrap comprises a top side and a bottom side bonded to one other through one or more areas substantially free of absorbent material. The fibrous layer is at least partially bonded to one of the sides of the core wrap in the area substantially free of absorbent material. When the absorbent material swells, the core wrap forms one or more channels along the area substantially free of absorbent material. The formation of the channel in the absorbent core causes the formation of one or more corresponding ditches in the fibrous layer.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH DUAL CORE

An absorbent article. The absorbent article includes a topsheet having a body contacting surface, a backsheet joined to said topsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, wherein the absorbent core has an upper layer and a lower layer. The lower layer has two density zones.
